I don't recall any quotes, but he is always extremely gracious and appreciative of the support. He never lets a fan go away without telling them that.

Come on down! This country's a great gateway to Asia from the US, with direct flights from NY (Newark) everyday on Singapore Airlines. So going back to Jason Behr: the People Magnet. A short personal obsessed history from 1999 of misses, near hits & a bullseye:

2000: visited a family friend in the West Covina area - just started getting hooked on Roswell, had a slow computer with a dial-up internet service = no clue I was close to a Roswell location
2002: received an autographed Crashdown Cafe t-shirt as a valentine's day present

2003: used Nathaniel Jay as a second name for a son (a pleasant coincidence bec favorite brother is a Nathan and hubby's second name is Jay)

200..(?): tempted to comb through Tokyo during The Grudge filming - figured it'd be easier to spot him in Asia than in LA
2007: had asked to go to New Zealand for the premiere of The Tattooist, clueless that part of it was filmed here! What a fan, huh?

2008: had begun researching for accommodation in France when D-War was rumored to premiere in Cannes. A good friend, native of Cote D'Azur, dissuaded me saying the amount of fans & press (+ the cost of hotels) will just push me back a mile from JB
April 2008: tagged along on a business trip (18 hrs in economy class, not fun!) when Frost was premiering in NYC with GenArt, and got up close to Jason!

May 2008: hooked up with

& met you guys, saw/heard more of/about Jason!

Oh boy! Bumblelion your live near me (I'm in Australia, we're only 8 hours flying time apart) yet you've managed to get closer than I have.

The closest I can claim is my best friend, who went to SXSW in 2005 and met both Jason and Dominic. I have the photos and autographs in my treasure box.

I think of Roswell frequently these days. Work Cover, our govt's industrial health and safety management organisation, is running an ad campaign about workplace safety, with the tag line that suggests every worker's biggest reason for workplace safety is actually at home. Imagine: Mom comes in the kitchen door, finds mystery basket of dirty laundry on the kitchen table and 18 year old son with his head in the fridge. Voice over says: "Her biggest reason for workplace safety has just run out of clean undies", cut to music.... Dido's Here with me! Makes me grin all the time!

Hi butterflybehr! It was just a one time encounter by chance, without photos nor autographs to boot. There were more misses than near-hits too. Most were crazy wild ideas that my patient hubby had to put up with. What's great is that Jason travels too (you're near NZ) so all hope's not lost.

I went to office y'day and my galfren show me a pic of JB frm a movie Tattooist(damn the look..i'm DROOLING)Then all of a sudden every flashes of him frm Roswell coming back to me.I dun b'live i've been fotgetting him all this yers(someone must hav been MINDWARP me i think).Wat happen aft Roswell end..Thank God JB did not married Heigl,gud luck to her wherever she is now..but 1 thing for sure wat i'm not happy here is who dat lady he's married to..since when.God i really LOST here i guess,bcoz of JB..i'm proud to tell FanForum dat tiz is te 1st Forum i reg..funny but dun laugh or angry coz i'm learning how to involve in tiz,i'm sure ther will be a mistake i do and i'm tryin.

Bumblelion, believe me, I went on Webjet and checked the price of airfare and accommodation to Auckland for the premiere of The Tattooist (JB & Robbie Magasiva..... how could I not?) last year, damn it would have cost over $1000, more than my piggybank could afford, even from here in Australia!
