Podad and I took Anna Lee to see the My Little Ponies movie on the 6th ( her birthday) it came out that day and she had off for Columbus Day on Friday instead of Monday like most schools so we almost had the theater to ourselves. I hate the new Little Ponies show....just angst galore....plus boring but there was one highlight foerme. Sia was in it and her pony had bangs over her face which was highly entertaining. Anna Lee liked it of course and it was her first time in a movie theater. She turned 8.

I'm not a huge fan of the new ponies either. I grew up with the original so I cannot get used to the new ones :lol:

I was obsessed with My Little Pony when I was a kid....:lol: The new ones....meh!!!

Kids these days don't know what they missed out on! :lol:

I know! We had the good stuff! I loved Jem and the Holograms as a kid so I was excited when they said they were making a movie. It was so awful though. I was offended what they did to my beloved series :lol:

Ah thank you....I guess it never made it over here. It wasn't until my sister was at kid TV watching stage that we started getting cable and American shows.

I had cable until I was like 6 and then I didn't have it again until I was almost 11 so I had a lot of catching up to do. I was addicted to MTV when I got it back :lol: My aunt had satellite so she would record me movies and shows. And tapes full of music videos.

During the years without cable I got really into Star Trek because several episodes would air on Sunday afternoons :lol:

Until I was 10 we only had 4 channels :eek:

Then we had 5.....then at 14 we got cable. Amazing. :lol:

That's about how many I had too! Kids today have no idea! :lol:

My dad worked all week and would take us to rent movies on the weekends. I used to rent movies every weekend for years!
