Vista is dodgy still, i'd say accept the downgrade to XP that some computer places are offering. Go to My Computer, you will see all of the HDD partitions, hover mouse over each of them, or just highlight it - that should tell you if it is FAT or NTFS. They should ALL be FAT, no need for NTFS partitions for Vista or XP-SP2.

I have a HUGE dilema, and I think only the ACCC can help. Bought tickets to Armageddon in November. Have not received tickets. Now can't go. They will not refund even though they have no terms and conditions anywhere on the website or on the receipt. Not good and rather dodgy if you ask me. They've said to re sell the tickets. Sounds odd saying "Hey, would you like 2 gold class tickets that I don't actually have in my hand?". GGGGGGGGRRRRR. Let that be a warning to you all.

Danie i think with the gold class tickets they send them out a couple of weeks before the expo which would be why you don't have them yet. Don't know how you'd go about reselling them though.

I was hoping to go to Armageddon again this year but don't know if i will be able to. My sister can't aford to go with me this time, and she has the awesome camera, and my pets bearly survived last time as my nephew totally sucked at looking after them for me.

Where and when is it? I wouldn't mind going?! Might be difficult though, how much do you think it'd cost to go there from here and back home again plus to stay somewhere etc at such short notice?

Clint those Californication eps came out okay, a little fuzzy but it was blown up from 480 wide to 640 so not too bad an very watchable but OMFG hank is bad when he was....

I cropped then and re-encoded which doubled the size, used Nero to make a real DVD, then ripped that to make 230Mb avi files. Only catch is the re-writable DVD didn't work so I had to waste a DVD-R.

I only want to go to see David Hewlett but have this nagging feeling that he may have to pull out as you'd think that if they are going to make an Atlantis movie they would do it just after they finish filming s5. I could be wrong though and they may wait till next year

Well, he's already pulled out of the dinner - one of the main reasons we bought the tickets was to try and sit with him. Couldn't think of anything worse than sitting with Michael Shanks, even though I love Daniel Jackson.

I don't really want to queue up to talk to David at the cocktail party like a fangirl...

They keep saying to us that there is a wait list on Gold Class tickets. Where are these people? We've left messages and pretty much nothing. Damn it.
