Doing the math I *coughed* about 30Gb per month on ISDN = more than 7 DVDs which is about 84 DVDs worth a year. Now this doesn't include the stuff recorded on FTA and Austar or stuff bought or rented.

Really liked Eli Stone - sorry to hear they are going to cancel that one, too. Soon there will be nothing on television. Although new show starring Nathan Fillion called Castle sounds promising - although the fact they aren't bringing it out until March doesn't sound too good - it's sort of Murder She Wrote, and Captain Tight Pants plays Jessica Fletcher.

Living until 2012 for the Hobbit movie seems reason enough. I'm looking forward to the next Harry Potter (in July?) but SO glad they switched spots with the 'Twilight' movie (swoon).

Someone sent the hot weather over here..not happy

We went up to the Illawarra Fly today, its a tree top walk on the edge of the escarpment, but there were a couple of bush fires nearby so we got to look at the view through the haze. Illawarra Fly Tree Top Walk - Southern Highlands, NSW, Australia

I saw a thing on the news about the new Doctor, not sure what to think but will wait and see. Mind you if they keeping making him younger he'll be hanging out with Harry Potter.

You will see the DW Xmas Special and the 2 DW specials soon (one is about the 11th Doctor), I sent the package on Saturday in a yellow Express Post bag. Might get to you in the next day or two. You will have to read carefully and swap DVDs all over the place to finish one show for I recorded those DVDs when I was able to as the old PC was dying (in case it carked it completely.) But I am sure all you need is in there unlike my stuff up with Craig's package. Let me know if I am wrong, but I sincerely doubt I am wrong this time.

You now have all of SGA Season 5 and all of Smallville season 7 and 8 (3 episodes yet to air of SV S08) plus so many other shows such as Chuck, Eli Stone S1 and S2, SN, Terminator S1 and S2 plus specials...so many more I forget.

This weekend after I buy some more blank DVDs (I ran out!!) I will burn Mezzi's DW and SJA DVDs with my new uber menus.

In Perth we have a thing like that in the trees it is in Kings Park, it is free to go on an you can see all of this city and suburbs plus about 100kms all around out to sea and out to the hills (edge of the ancient crater.) We also have the same DNA tower you can climb, it has been here as long as I have been alive!

Man have i been having issuse with FF the last couple of day

My above post took me about seven tries before i got it to post and its taken me over an hour to get here to post this.

Anyway... the discs arrived yesterday but didn't get a chance to watch anything as i was at work and then at my cousins last night, and had to watch Las Vegas and ER. Watch the two Supernatural episodes that i hadn't seen today and will be watching more tonight. I'm going to have very square eyes

My eyes have had a rest over the Christmas break, but it's all back now!

I just don't have time to watch my downloads right now, I'm either working or looking at damn properties!

I just want to move, NOW!!!! And plus, it's going to be 40ish tomorrow, which means it will be like 70 in here! AGH!!!

Anyway, it's The Bloke's 32nd birthday today *cue Happy Birthday music* and we are off to see more units...

I know how you feel about moving Danie. Just let it be done. I've been 'perhaps' moving, no, yes, no, yes, definately, oh, sorry no for 2 years now. I'd just like to know what I'm doing and not be hanging. I love my house I do but if I'm going to leave I want to know please.

38 in the west tomorrow. eeewwwwghhh I find it so difficult to do stuff in the hot weather. And I mean even more difficult than usual. I have to push myself when the weather's normal.

It was 41 here today...frakk was it hot. It was heavenly when teh change came through and now its been raining for a while.

My show watching hit a snag with the heat, halfway though Dexter, don't like having the tv, dvd or computer on when its really hot. And i thought it was hot yesterday...

Oh that's just awful. Way way too hot for any man. I had heard that WA got up to 55 C and the birds were falling out of the skies in the heat. Was very glad to be sitting at home in the airconditioning.

There were pictures of birds in trees trying to keep cool in that limited shade up north. The trees looked green from the birds not the leaves!! Some branches fell off due to the excess weight of the birds on their limbs! That is sad.

Keep this in mind: Most of the heat/rain WA gets YOU will get over east within the next week. Not always the case, but a lot of the time.

Mezzi, I am about to send you the 4 Doctor Who specials as a DVD. Would you also like some new BSG after the last batch I sent to you? Are you still at the same address?
