Hoodie! So good to see you! We'd be glad to hear about your 'boring old life' any time. Our lives seem pretty routine to us, as well.

Poddy Love the 'rabbit in the cow' trick! LOL, you always find these things!

Wen Yes, Eli Stone hasn't had many big production numbers this season, since the Katie Holmes one. I really like his visions with the big singing and dancing numbers, but I suppose those are expensive to do. I bet the cast loves them too - Victor Garber (the boss) is an old Broadway guy.

Hi Everyone!

Thanks MyrnaLynne for the Great Start to the New Thread!

And Congratulations to Mr. ML Jr.! That's Wonderful News that he got hired! Guess you'll be going clothes shopping this weekend with him to pick out some work clothes. Casual Dress is always safe, IMHO.

My No.1 Son just got a New Job too! It's his last day today with Frito Lay, as he will start tomorrow with Comcast!

He's really excited about it, And he'll get Free Cable/Internet/and Phone Service too! He'll train for 3 months, then after that, he'll work four - ten hour days and have 3 days off a week, which will be a piece of cake for him, and he'll be able to pick up all the paid over-time he wants!!!

He was on salary with Frito-Lay and worked 10 to 12 hr days or longer, all the time for NO Overtime! He busted his hump for them, and got NO appreciation. His day started at 3:30am with them and he wasn't getting home sometimes till around 5pm!!!

And there were NO PERKS either with Frito-Lay! NOT A ONE! His Boss and his division were just Awful!!! So when he heard that Comcast was hirering, he went for it, and got it! We're all so happy for him!!! And for the training, he'll have every weekend off for 3 solid months!!! That's Great right there!

Then after that, he'll have Sunday, Monday, Tuesday off on his schedule. Still not bad to say he's a new guy. At least he still has one weekend day off.

I can't wait to hear all about Mr. ML Jr.'s 1st day on Monday! I wish him all the Best!!!

What will he be doing... tech support, or IT, or something else? Oh, and is it in Boston? Hopefully it's not too far for him to travel. Not like RI!

I'm really soooo happy for him!!!

And yes, I agree, I bet those Song & Dance routines are costly on Eli Stone. Never thought about that before, but I bet you are right!

And sorry you aren't going to get to see Rob P., but I think it's pretty wise too about not going. If it's anything like SF, it'll be NUTS!!! And that's exactly why I didn't go, because I figured it would be like that, and I wanted NO Part of a MOB SCENE!

Hoodie!!! It's sooo good to see you post!!!
And YOU could NEVER be boring!!! So please stop by more often and Post! We'd LOVE to hear from YOU!!!

Jody!!! It was sooo good to see you too!!! Don't be such a stranger, K?

Poddy, Thanks for all the cute ani's, gifs, and pictures! You know how to decorate this place with fun!!!

back at you! Hope things are going well with Big Viv being at your place now.

MOTHER is STILL here because of that scare we had the other day, but she'll be going home soon, I hope! It's been almost 3 weeks now and I'm passed exhausted with her here.

She's napping now, but she won't be for long, so I have to post on the fly! As it is, I still have about a million things to do around this house, but you ladies come 1st! I do have my priorities!!!

I hope Everyone is having a Great Day!

Got to run...
Biggest Hugs to All,
Wen

YAY Wen that our No. 1 sons both got jobs the same day! How cool is that?
And you would think Frito-Lay would at least have given him, oh, I don't know - a bag of chips at least! Some companies are just sooo mean.

Comcast is a booming company (we have them here now and they are always trying to get our business - LOL). It sounds like a terrific job!

And same deal - 3 months of training. I'm not sure exactly what my son will be doing, but it's computer programming-related. The company makes medical information systems for hospitals, doctor's offices, clinics, etc. In fact, when I worked at Mt Auburn Hospital, I typed the patient reports into a Meditech system, and that's the same company he's going to work for - small world!

It's a local company but it's probably a good 40 minute commute each way, it's out in Framingham. Well, we'll see how it goes, because he'll probably be going the opposite direction from most of the cars - out of the city in the morning, into the city at night! But the company has several offices, so we don't know where he'll end up being assigned, once he's done training. We'll see!

He should be very proud of this, because he got this job on his own (his Dad got him the last one, when he couldn't find one after college) and it's in the field he studied, etc. I hope he likes it! (I hope a lot of smart cute girls work there!)

I just went to a talk at work for people worried about retirement money in these bad times. The message was basically 'don't worry'! LOL! Well, don't worry too much, keep saving, try to balance things out. I just moved some stocks over in exchange for some bonds, because I had way too many stocks and hardly any bonds and that isn't exactly balancing. Not that I know much about this (and not that the money in there isn't vanishing like a magician's rabbit...)

I saw some pix people took of Rob P at the appearances around the country and, well, that was almost as good as seeing him in person (and a lot quieter/less standing in line)! LOL! The screaming was sonic-boom level at those malls. Poor boy must be shell-shocked!

I'm so excited about the movie next week! Don't know if we'll get there opening night, but definitely by Saturday for sure. Oh, and he's going to be on the Ellen Show 11/21 - how fun will that be? He's so off the wall and so is she - must tape that!

Hope Mother is on the mend and goes back to her place (soon!)

Wen and ML

Well it seems like the week of newjobs...... poddad is starting anew job Dec 8.....within DuPont but awhole new building/team/assignment. That has been a huge answer to prayer. One of the things that has been such a negative stressful thing for several yrs now is Roberts job situation. He had a boss that was so damaging career wise but mostly emotionally. The kind that tears down while taking advantage of hard/smart work. Finally he got the energy/bravery whatever to interview for other jobs. all 3 interviews went well and he accepted the one he wanted most. There was some real stress waiting for stuff to firm up but it is for sure finally and I am so relieved. Now we have to start getting him to get healthy again....he startedsmokongagain after quiting for many yrs.....drinking too much....stress galore.....so here's hoping I can help him get some of that under controll!

Wen How wonderfull about your son His job seemed way too stressful and unrewarding too. Good for him to get out!!!!!!!!! I wish him well. Hope mom goes homesoon. I havebeen really stressed with Viv the last few days here. She's anxious about the transition and she gets tessty and nasty when stressed. Making me very stressed in kind. I feel like my blood pressure might be up. I got to go to the Drs but I hate to do that. They always freek you out. Make you get tests that ussually end up to be nothing.

Jen has a video of her asking the Twilight kids a question at a fan thing. cool. Did you guys see it?

ok....gotta deal with cleaning stuff.Have to pack all this(in the rain) and be back home by 2 for a heater repair guy. gonna be a tough day tomorrow.

Gotta keepup the hope. Wish JB would emerge toperk us up!!

bucket list snafoo

Good news comes in 3s, and PodDad's new job is the next good job-news! That's so awful he's had such a bad job and yay for him for finally getting out of a bad work situation. Maggie put up with a toxic boss/work situation for way too long too, but she finally quit there and got a nice new job!

No surprise if your BP is up with all the stressing! You could go to one of those drug store machines and check it now and then, without the doctor angst. Have to get him back off the (evil) cigarettes again -that's hard.

Mr ML's company sent around an email about hard times and cutting the holiday bonus and having to pay more for health insurance etc. Oh well - at least he still has a job - that's the important thing!

Old lady losing her teeth skydiving!

We went to the drug store tonight and I saw a big glossy magazine about Twilight and of course I had to bring it home and study it! Mr ML was shocked I spent $10 on something so stupid. I keep thinging of those pour souls camping out in the pouring rain and freezing cold, waiting to see the Twilight boy tomorrow - hope they don't catch their deaths of cold! He's a cutie but, well - no JASON BEHR!

I was so surprised the black guy 'bad vampire' with the dreadlocks in Twilight is that skinny, clean cut doctor who was trying out for House's team on House! Same guy. I was amazed. The boy who plays Mike Newton in the movie played Joan of Arcadia's brother, the blond one with the glasses (not the John Ritter's son one).

I thought that Kristen Stewart was an unknown with no experience - I just read she's made 18 movies in the past 8 years! Holy smokes! She started auditioning when she was 8 (her dad is a producer and her mom is a screenwriter). Ahaa... She was Jodi Foster's daughter locked in the 'Panic Room' (never sawa it). Don't care, still don't like her face for this movie. It has kind of a snotty cast to it, you just sort of itch to slap.

Well the Boston area Twilight gals camped out all night, some of them got there at 8 and 10 p.m. last night, for the 6-7 a.m. pass giveaway! It was rainy but not too cold) and the people hosting it were really nice to them, gave out pizzas, there was security etc, and the people who were too late (beyond the 500 cutoff) were given T-shirts and front-row tickets to his talk later tonight. Those people were in my thoughts last night but I just couldn't do it - it was bad enough walking the dog around the block last night!

On the bright side, I did pick up a big glossy cheezy Twilight/movie magazine at the drug store last night. But it's still driving me nuts knowing he's in town and I'm not going. Oh well, not as bad as when Jason was in Boston filming that pilot and I took a fools errand day off looking for him and totally missed him when he was downtown and I was up in Marblehead. That was such a ridiculously difficult trip by train, by bus, by foot - for nothing.

Safe trip back to PA Poddy. Is Big Viv relocating permanently now, or is just the moving out for the winter season making her crabby. Moving is hard.

Good for Jenn - she always manages to get to these things! And very kindly shares. I just heard TRL is going off the air soon.

Hi Everyone!

Sorry to MIA yesterday. MOTHER just ran me ragged. (sigh) She's STILL here! (sigh) She's really been acting very dependent on me, acting kind of confused too, and VERY demanding. She won't move off the couch unless she has to go potty either. (sigh) So she has me jumping up and down for her like a trained seal! UGH!

We've been arguing a lot too, about her NOT moving off the couch, and she's making all kinds of excuses, but mostly she's just being lazy, and likes being waited on hand and foot! Grrrr!

Plus she's VERY opinionated about EVERYTHING in my household, which drives me right up the wall! Aarrgghh!!!

She NEEDS to GO HOME, but she keeps saying that she's too weak to, and I say that's because she hasn't MOVED her butt in almost a month!!! So of course she'd be weak! UGH!!! So she says that I don't understand, and that I don't care about her... you know the guilt trip?! AARRGGHH!!!

She won't let me out of her sight, and calls me constantly when I am!
In other words, she's driving me right up the wall, and also she's making my family NUTS too! (sigh)

I just don't know what to do, other than just to pack her up and take her home, kicking and screaming the whole way! (sigh)

Ok, enough about that.

Poddy, Congratulations to Poddad for the New Job! I wish him the Best of Luck, and Much Happiness , and hopefully a lot less Stress at his New Place!

And Sorry to hear that Big Viv is giving you a hard time and being testy. I hear you! Hang in there, and I will be praying about that situation for you too!

It must be hard packing up all of Big Viv's things, plus taking care of the house too. Are you doing it alone? I hope you are getting some help. I know it must be just so hard on you. Sending Big Hugs your way...

And thanks for the funny ani of Granny loosing her teeth while sky diving! Poor toothless Granny!

And thanks for the Congrats to my No.1 son! He had a good 1st day... Orientation, altho' long and a long Commute to San Rafael, (2hrs each way due to HEAVY traffic), but that's only temporary for a week. Then training begins closer to home, TG!

Hang in there Poddy... We're ALWAYS here for you!

MyrnaLynne, I'm sorry... I meant to say that it was Great News that your Uncle is able to avoid that major surgery and can have the less evasive surgery and will have an easier time healing. Modern technology is so wonderful now, and getting better all the time!

Sorry about you feeling low about not seeing Rob P., but camping out for 12 hrs ahead to see him just doesn't seem worth it, and in the rain yet! No, not my cup of tea, nor yours I suspect.

I am glad that it went better than it did in SF tho'. But Poor Rob must be Exhausted with this Crazy tour this week!

And I too keep re-reading the 'Twilight' Series, but right now, I'm re-reading 'Midnight Sun'... Edward's POV, in which I JUST LOVE!!! I just wished she had written just one more day! Just ONE MORE DAY, when they 1st kiss!!! Aarrgghh! I'd love to know Edward's POV on that!!!

I pray she does finish 'Midnight Sun'! It's Wonderful!!!

Only 6 more days for the Opening to 'Twilight' Now! I have my ticket all ready and waiting for the 1st day's showing! I can't hardly wait!!! I don't think I will be disappointed, except, I want to see ALL the Movies (books) all at once!!! LOL!

I've seen a couple of Big Twilight books and was tempted to buy them, but resisted. One was the "Making of the Movie" book, but I resisted.

And I did know that the black actor in the movie was "Big Love" from HOUSE, only because my niece told me it was him, as I didn't know it was him either until she pointed him out to me. Good Actor! I totally didn't know! LOL!

And I didn't know the blond boy from Joan of Arcadia was playing Mike Newton! Interesting!

And I didn't know that Kristen S. had so many movies under her belt! But I guess with those parents, she would!

About Frito-Lay... They were awful, at least my Son's division, in which I am sooo shocked that they ever stayed in business! And they used to give the guys the stale chips, in which they really weren't stale because they actually have a shelf life of a year, (unopened of course.) But they stopped that so they got nothing. No turkey for Thanksgiving, no Christmas bonus, not even a Christmas Party! Absolutely Nothing! No incentive at all.

But he was a relief driver, where as the Drivers with routes did get a bonus if they made a certain goal each month, but that was it.

My son asked one of the veteran drivers when he had gotten his last raise, and he told him, it was 16 years ago!!!

And if you hadn't heard, DHL will close it's doors for good right after New Years, and my son worked for them before he went to Frito-Lay! Scary Stuff these times. He's getting calls from friends from DHL looking for jobs and if he knows of anyone that's hirering. So sad, our economy.

Is Mr. ML Jr. getting nervous or excited about starting his New Job on Monday? Probably both I imagine. My son was just so relieved to have the new job, that he was mostly excited, but a little nervous too. Only natural.

Oh, MOTHER is awake and calling for me so I have to go...

Hugs to All,
Wen

Hey Wen sorry Mother is running you ragged.

We took Mr ML Jr out for lunch to celebrate his new job and then to get a cellphone at the mall (he needs one for his new job - He and Mr ML have neither cellphones or watches!!) and then we took him clothes shopping and got him about 5 dress/button down long-sleeve shirts and 2 pairs of slacks, and a new necktie that matched all the shirts (just in case)! The store was so hot and of course he had to try EVERY shirt on (and button and unbutton every button) and he took forever, the store was soo hot, I thought MLette and I were going to faint. Then we went to check out and they had a line almost as long as voting! She actually had to leave and go sit in the car, she was so done in.

Anyway, he's all set, we washed all the new clothes so they're ready to go. Tomorrow he wants to take a test drive out to the new job and I'm going to go with him (and maybe we'll go out for lunch). He's such a scary driver, though, I'm not sure I'm going to enjoy the trip! Oh and he shaved too - decided the electric razor wasn't doing a good job, so did the razor/shaving cream bit - he's really trying to look good for his first day of work! LOL! Also, they take his ID photo, so he wants to look nice for that. Oh gosh, I was having such a bad hair day when they took my ID photo for my badge at the hospital and for 10 years I'm stuck with that bad photo - well, forever, pretty much.

It's HOT here, weird and hot and windy and rainy. But COLD is supposed to be coming soon - maybe even snow! Crazy crazy weather.

The Twilight boy thing went well at the mall here, although I'm not sure he hasn't damaged his hearing from all the SCREAMING! I wish I went, but I'm glad I didn't go too, if that makes any sense. Friday night, Mr ML looked at me and said, "Oh, isn't tonight... weren't you going to.. oh... wait... Never mind!" LOL! He didn't want to bring up a touchy subject. Some people who were there posted great pix and even little video clips and great reports. He was very nice (and funny and twitchy and strange as he is) and very kind to the little daughters. Reminded me of Kyle in that - he was so sweet to the wee ones also. Gah, Kyle is 2 years older than Rob - that's just scary! LOL!

But every magazine that's arrived has pix of him and Twilight articles. Starlog has an interview (if I like them, you can trust Starlog does too! LOL! That's why I've subscribed for about 20 years, even tho it's really expensive). Summit has done an over-the-top promotion job of this film. Lots of new stuff on YouTube too. I hope this film earns a kazillion dollars (and the critics don't savage it too badly). Catherine Hardwicke really seems to be an excellent filmmaker.

Oh! And we looked in the GAP - and there was a humungous poster of Cam Gigandet modeling the clothes - he's James the vampire in the Twilight movie (and he used to be the bad boy on the O.C.). He's really good (at being really bad). LOL!

That's excellent that you took Mr. ML Jr. out for lunch and clothes shopping for his New Job!

And Wow! I'm surprised he didn't already have a cellphone, or even a watch in this day and age! LOL!

Altho', my No.2 son will NOT look at his watch or the clock in the car, when he's running late for work, because he doesn't want to get stressed about it.

When I go in the car, I'll see a bandaid across the clock, so he won't see the time! Isn't he funny? LOL!

Sorry to hear that the store was too hot! One would think that the clerks would feel too hot too and turn off the heat! (Unless it was out of their control?)

But it sounds like the shopping trip was a success, and he got some great clothes!

Hope the trial run to the job goes Ok today. And that's good that he'll be going in the opposit commute direction, so traffic shouldn't be so bad for him.

Gosh, I'm so excited for him! And I can't wait to hear about his 1st day tomorrow! I hope he has a GREAT ONE!!!

Yes, I've seen lots of magazines with Twilight stuff on the covers too. I would have picked them up for my niece, but I don't know which ones she already has, so I haven't picked any up. Have been really tempted tho'. I do have to admit standing there and reading them while in the store tho'. LOL!

Yes, poor Rob's hearing from all that Screaming!!! Like he said... From all the Hype, He feels like a Boy Band! LOL!

But he's pretty humble about it too, because in one interview, he said it didn't matter that it was him persay, "Any guy that was playing Edward would be getting this reaction, so I'm nothing special."

Oh, MOTHER is calling for me so I have to go...

Hugs,
Wen

Oh, my son has had watches now and again - he favors pocket watches or clip on watches, so he doesn't have to wear them - but they invariably break or he loses them (or the battery dies and he doesn't bother to replace it). His dad has had some watches in the past but he also breaks or loses them. I don't know how they do it - I need to know what time it is! And sometimes, check on the date too (on my watch)! LOL! Anyway, it's nice because he has the cellphone now and it has a clock on there - in case he's wondering about the time! LOL! But a band-aid over the clock in the car - LOL! That is too much.

Robert Pattinson seems like a smart boy and I'm sure he knows how fickle fame is - he was nobody 5 minutes ago and suddenly he's the latest thing - and he could be forgotten 5 minutes from now (well, he probably thinks so). He thinks it's all very bizarre, but then, I think he thinks that pretty much everything is very bizarre! And he's right, he's so popular because he's playing Edward Cullen and so many girls are in love with Edward from reading the Twilight books. But then again, he's pretty cute in his own right, so when people look at him enough, well, they start to like him for himself too. He's so funny - he was saying he has to be shot from a certain angle or else he looks totally deformed! giggle. He knows he has an unusual look. I just hope all this craziness doesn't drive him crazy because he seems like a pretty intense and sensitive kind of a person to start with.

Well, Mr ML Jr and I took the test drive out to his work today - well, first he went to the bank to get money for the week (to buy lunches maybe) and after we got back, he gassed up the car. So he's ready! WoW, does he have a long and tough commute, though - and the Mapquest directions he had were very hazy about how to exactly get to the place, too. He had to drive by it and then sort of go around the block and get to it from the back, but now we know which road to take.

And we wanted to go out to lunch at the restaurant near the big shopping center - and it turns out his work is like 2 blocks behind that shopping center and we were right near the place to eat, after we drove to his work. It's a huge big fancy building with lots of glass and a parking structure on either side of the entrance - it looks about as big as the Pentagon! And that's not even the company's only building, they have like 6 of them! Boy, I hope this job works out! Although commuting is going to be tough - and winter is coming, so it's just going to get worse. Poor kid!

The most amazing part is he bought these dress shirts, and he never uses his closet, but he has to hang his shirts up so, yep, he moved the chair out from the door (chair where he piles all his stuff - ahem) and actually hung up his shirts in the closet! My little boy is (finally) growing up! LOL! (About time.. ahem).

I baked chocolate chip cookies for the kids tonight too, to give them a good send off for their week.

It's going to be so tough on the dog though, being alone all day again. Plus that means I'm going to have to walk him the instant I get home from work again. It was such a luxury not to have to do that while my son was off work and did the late-afternoon/before supper walk. sigh. Oh well - he's my dog, my responsibility. I just hope he doesn't have any 'accidents' in the house! We clipped his nails tonight too - what a production - it takes 3 people! LOL! But his dew claw/thumb nails get so long and sharp if we don't keep after them, because they don't touch the ground and wear down.

Oh, BIG color photo of Rob P's cute face in the Movie section of the Sunday paper and article about him and Twilight and being sudden the 'It' guy of the moment and how strange it all is for him. Yesterday there was a write up about him being at the mall, but we didn't get that paper (I just heard about it online last night).

This movie is going to be BIG! Their ticket presales are off the charts. I read Summit got the rights to do the rest of the book series as movies so - I think sequel is a safe bet. Another safe bet is the cast probably will never do a promotional tour to malls ever again! LOL! Learned their lesson, I'm sure.

In other fannish news, I just happened to be cruising around IMDB last night and I saw that a movie Kyle starred in for Disney was on TV last night (at 3 a.m.!) so I taped it. It's called Alley Cat Strikes, and he was so adorable in it (it was about 8-9 years ago and he was a teenager).

Funny I found it because I was looking up Jackson Rathbone, who plays Jasper in 'Twilight' - was wondering if he was a descendant of Basil Rathbone (didn't say) but I saw he was in 'Beautiful People' the TV show (which I never saw) and Kyle was in that, too and well, they both ended up being vampires (I guess because they are such beautiful people). LOL! Small world! Anyway, I was really glad to see that movie he did.

You know how they say Genius's have little quirks, well that's my son! LOL! He's Brilliant and has his little quirks, (like band-aids over clocks! LOL!)

My Lainie won't wear a watch, but she has a pocket watch that clips to her belt, or belt loop. She won't wear bracelets either... she can't stand anything on her wrists, but when she was little, she was 'Diamond Lil'! Had tons of kid fashion jewelry dripping off of her all the time! LOL! Go figure. LOL!

It's a good thing that you and Mr. ML Jr. made the trial run to his work to see how hard it could be. Now he knows what to expect, except for weekday traffic. Hope it's not horrendeous like my No.1 son's commute.

He's in traffic for 2hrs. going and 2hrs. coming home! Where as it's really only 40 mins away! Bay Area traffic is so congested, it's awful!!! And he's not even going into the city! He's just to the right of it, and it's still that bad!

Poor Elmo being alone again all day. Is he still peeing often, or has that let up? I hope he doesn't have any accidents too. Not a nice smell of doggie urine in the house.

Kyle sure was a cutie when he was little, and he grew up Very Nicely!

And Rob does understand that he's Hot right now because of who he's playing... Edward Cullen, and it's nice that he's not full of himself. That's refreshing.

Yes, that Hot Topic Mall tour probably nearly killed them with that hectic schedule! That Poor Cast! Yes, I bet they'll Never do That again!

*&$%&@#$% MOTHER is bellowing for me, so I have to go...@^#%&$!

Hugs,
Wen

Hey all!!!

I decided that I'll start writing SO's while I'm at work if I'll have time and then post them when I get home… I even started a post today but for some reason I can't find it in my mail-box so I guess something went wrong….Oh well…. I guess that means I'll start again…

I saw that Mr. ML Jr., Wen's son no. 1 and podad all found a new job! That is just so wonderful! I wish them all success in their new jobs!

I'm doing ok at work… though I have to admit that I keep thinking of leaving every time for a different reason… the people are really nice but I just keep feeling like I'm filling holes. If there's no one else then they'll let me do something which means I basically do nothing for a big part of the day… now if I was alone that would mean FF time but because I'm not I just get bored and guilty for doing nothing! It drives me insane! But it begins to get better. I was actually busy for most of the day today so that's good… but I still don't know… there's just too many things that make me re-think about working there…. Oh well… I guess time will tell.

About my grandma… it's a little complex… or so I think
She woke up on the 1st morning of Rosh Ha'Shana and just couldn't walk. She could hardly stand. So after Rosh Ha'Shana my mom took her to the doc. and he sent her to the hospital. She was there for about 9 days… but she never got better (and don't get me started on the doc.! The more time passes the more I dislike doc.! ) so when the hospital insisted on sending her home we took her to a nursing home. With me starting to work there was no one there to take care of her and she still can't walk so leaving her home alone wasn't an option.
Anyway it's a pretty nice place and they do some physical-therapy with her. She's now able to stand but she's very unstable and is very afraid to stand up for more then a few sec. They say she probably won't walk freely again, which is sad because she was always pretty independent.

Wen, sorry to hear about the health scare! That's never fun. I hope your mom will be all better and back to balance soon!
I'm sorry to hear she's driving you insane while she's there. I hope you'll be able to ship her home soon… but I guess she won't be willing to do that until she'll gain her confidence back….
Son no. 1 commutes for 2 hours? That's a lot! I usually wine about 1….

podmommy, sorry to hear about VIV being stressed! I'm not very pleasant when I'm stressed either…. So don't hold it too much against her.

ML, that's sweet of you to go celebrating Mr. ML Jr.'s new job!
He just got a cell phone! That's shocking… but also admirable considering the time we live in.

That was pretty short considering what I've missed…. I just skimmed through things… I hope I didn't miss something big.

I'll go and post it now.

Hope you guys are having a great new day (mine is just about ending now )

:wave all
