Mezz Rob Lowe was definitely too good looking when he was young. He's still pretty gorgeous. And I think Peter Gallagher had that trouble when he was young - when he played Sky Masterson on Broadway in Guys & Dolls - too gorgeous. But now he's good old rumpled Sandy Cohen from the O.C. with the giant eyebrows! LOL!

Was just thinking Dylan Neal must know Jason, because he worked on Dawson's Creek! I'll have to ask him, next time I see him! (which would be.. July! squee)

Woohoo, my photo of me and 'the boys' from Megacon finally (finally) came - I think I was the last person to get hers:

This picture makes me really happy!

No Jason sightings so far Poddy! Good to see you, even for a kitty leaving fly-by!

Hey Tiger!

Hi ML....Well I'm reading your account of your trip......glad your boys made you happy and who knew you'd end up enamered of Javiar(all I've seen of him is the clips and then I'm mezmerized by the hair ) fun to have a new crush. I'm afraid I don't know any of the pps you saw but they and you look very cute in that pix right up there ^ it turned out great! I do know New Amsterdamn and I really like it speaking of fasion time warps(ie the shoulder pads) my kids were relieved when I A. stopped tucking in my shirts and B. got rid of the tapered pants and got flairs better late then never! Glad you at least met nice NJ lady and her hubbie(us NJ girls are nice ) that had to be different being alone for that....I'm proud of you for going! Yea maybe I can do the dog training thing...you would laugh at that dog...he does what ever I tell him to...sits and stays as I leave...and the second I close the door he races to it barking like crazy and goes back to being berserk. Sorry you got sick...too many stranger germs Your 90 ur old neighbor party sounded so nice...so did your food! Like upside down JB pic!!!! Wow....the Easter peg miricle..happy coat hanging

well posting this ...

So Wen MErry Christmas you little elf you Ahhh I laughed at you shielding JB from the shhhh tampax talk. Very interesting hearing about your Portugese language heritage and nurse replacement stuff...and OF COURSE mom continues to be mom I admit it makes me happy when you tell us about Lannie giving mom grief I grew up at the ocean and am only now getting to like fish....with my new health kick(down 10 lbs btw) I bought frozen fish at costco and it is so much better(frozen so much fresher(less fishy) oddly enough..guess they are flash frozen on the boat...anyhoo been cooking it once or twice a week and it's ok sometimes actually enjoyable. Gosh I forgot about Heroes.....hope they move one of those shows!! Glad you had a little bunny eating bad/fun day HEY....Me time...good thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get more of it!! I wish I had your corn beef and cabbage...I've never had that ...I love cabbage..not as sure about the corn beef but I'd be game I totally understand how very frustrating it would be to be stuck laying with feet up and not doing all you want too I so hope this passes!!!! I took Viv home cause Liz and Walter were playing in the music on Easter and mom didn't want to go there and Liz wanted us to SO left Viv at her house after settling her in and talked to my brother and told him what he needs to do(and he's been doing much better yay him) So Emily drove to DC Fri we went Sat morning and Liz cooked a great breakfast for us then Sat we went to a fancy Japanese American fusion restaurant ...did church(lovely) then went to brunch...it was all really nice and Sunday night I cooked a ham etc..then back home Monday. Another reason I've been MIA. Loved my card btw Glad you too had a nice Easter and that the swelling is now going down from the cooking etc. Whew...next ......

Poddy is back! Yay! You have been gone a long time - great shout outs for all past conversations and pesky triple posting stuff!

Sounds like you had a wonderful Easter and terrific that your brother is helping out with Mom now (those boys are trainable, if we're patient! giggle).

That spoiled dog probably is desperate for somebody to be the Alpha dog in his house so he doesn't have the stress of having to do the job and run wild. I know when the Dog Whisperer comes and 'tames' a bad dog, you can almost see the dog thinking 'Thank goodness, finally somebody is here who understands me and will be in charge!' The dogs are just full of relief! They don't like being bad, they just don't know how to stop/what their masters want. sigh.

Frozen fish is very good - it's true, I think they freeze it right on the boat so it's less 'fishy.' I love swordfish, that's my favorite fish - I guess because it's the most like steak! I am definitely liking salmon, especially when it's flavored up somehow - they grill it and put this sweet/salty hoisin sauce on it at work - out of this world!

TEN pounds, she says modestly! I'd be shouting from the rooftops if I lost 10 lbs. LOL, then again, I shout from the rooftops about almost everything. A woman who used to be in a chat with me called me 'the town crier.'

Yeh, sorry, I know most people here don't know the Blood Ties boys (Maggie likes the show too and I think FL also). It's so weird when you like an actor from something and it's so cool to see them and when you don't know them from Adam - well, you don't care (like most of the other 'celebrities' at that convention - who? Oh yeh... yawn).

It was like on Eli Stone last night - George Michael came in and the guy was cool about it, just another client, but his boss was a closet GM fan (um, not gay closet, secret closet) and was acting all funny and fannish toward him. It was very cute. I guess we are just that cute about Jason (and whoever else we're being fannish about at the moment). I bet actors think their fans are awfully cute. In fact, I remember the Roswell cast said they would swap 'cute fan' stories, like 'A fan did the cutest thing the other day' or whatever.

That Victor Garber is so good an actor as the law firm boss and he's also a Broadway musical guy and can sing! Almost all the people in this show can also sing and dance (with varying degrees of expertise - ahem) etc for the 'visions'/production numbers Eli Stone has. Very cool show - although this one was a little preachy/heavy handed I thought with the producer's anti-Bush/pro-gay/pro-sex education leads to safer sex agenda. Usually the 'message' doesn't hit you over the head quite so hard.

I fell asleep in the middle of Smallville - tells you how thrilling that episode was. But I have to say, after all these years, Tom Welling has finally managed to learn how to act a little bit and show emotion with his face - coming from modeling, he just couldn't do it when he started. It was so sad... Especially compared to Jason, who can speak volumes just with his eyes! So expressive (and beautiful)... sigh!

Friday! Woohoo!

Thanks for the weight loss ........btw guys I'm going back to Hawaii....spur of the moment decission on my part and Podad was up for it.....mom isn't getting better so I thought I need to travel while I can....so leaving April 12 till the 21st....want to loose 5 more so I'll be what I was the last time I went and can fit in those clothes well....wish me luck I love Hutzpah too! Maggie I'm sorry you've been in a weird place. Remember we are weird here so the weird won't feel so weird if you stop by Really though...remember we love you and we can be a shoulder to lean on. Plus we just miss you I've been dealing with lots of RL issues this decade...no question our time of life comes with terriffic challenges.....mid life crisis was coined like all those phrases ..cause it's a true thing.....(I understand not talking about them here ...I mostly don't cause I just don't want to pollute my happy place with my crappy stuff ...except for mom complaining ) Have you been taking pictures? My Liz got a delux new camera...I should play with it sometime.
