I'm just desperate for NON reality TV....it's been months! You're right...me too......we are on the fast track to be the embarrasters

Hey vB regarding Prison Break.....at least they aren't all dirty and gross....relief they are out in the world....well at least for a second Glad you and sis had a nice day......I guess you did your 2 yr service already ? Do some kids just get soldier duty by the luck of the draw or is the Isrealie army filled with volunteers? Thanks I will ....right now the sun is behind heavy cloud cover ...hoping it peaks out later.

Good morning back at ya! Boy, a weekend plus 2 days off = lots of work!

Vet called today to say probably the dog's kidneys aren't working right and he needs to do more tests. Stupid vet - we had a big conversation about calling me at work today with the results and talking to me about them - didn't he call the house and talk to MLette anyway? Could have been worse, he could have talked to Mr ML Jr and then I might not have gotten the message at all (she called me). sigh! Poor puppy! So ironic I have a dog with bad kidneys, and my boss is a kidney specialist! Too bad she doesn't treat dogs! sigh.

I've always liked that idea of national service. If all the kids in the US did just one year of national service between high school and college, the nation would be in a whole lot better shape! Wouldn't have to be military service per se (although of course Mr Bush would have seen that it was), but just helping out with things that need doing.

Back to it! Mountain of work after the holiday weekend...

Hi...........kidney failure....that was what killed my kitties....but it took years...I think most animals have slow decline there but it doesn't mean they die of it. Elmo might have an infection that can be treated easily.....well if dogs are easier to give pills to than cats

The sun did come out and I'm headed to the beach with the 2 HS girls. Hope the jellies and needles are gone

Thanks for the heads-up, Poddy I just went to see! They were at a party to celebrate the release of the first season DVDs of KaDee's show, Private Practice - yesterday! 82 photos of them!

I think he looks good and rocks the beardy look well. He always looks like all the cool guys. KaDee's hair is different, I guess for her role on the show. Such a beautiful couple!

Funny, I was just looking at my JB pix this morning and coming to post a picture of him or two

back when he was a callow youth.

And the eyes have it

And of course, the happy couple

Hi Everyone!

Been busy with R/L again... took MOTHER to her Dr. appt yesterday, then to pick up her meds at the pharmacy, they weren't ready so we had to wait, and wait, and wait, (sigh).

Plus we had to go to the Cable Co. to get her a new remote because she spilled her cup of tea on the old one and shorted it out and was having a COW because it would no longer work. Lainie programmed the New One for her when she brought her home last night, so now she's happy she has a remote again.

Anyway, came home to rush to make supper and low and behold, even tho' it was MY turn to make supper, my Sweet Lainie was already making it! What a blessing it is to have her!

She made Spaghetti and meatballs! Yum!

MOTHER stayed for supper and enjoyed it just as much as we did... but what's not to love?!!! (sigh)

Lainie brought MOTHER home shortly after, and I ended up falling asleep on the couch! I was so exhausted being with her and doing her bidding all day long. (She's very demanding and usually has me jumping up and down for her all day long!) UGH!

I actually slept 2 hrs! But of course, that's all I slept for the whole night. But I did catch a couple of winks early this morn around 6am till about 6:30am, so that's something at least.

It's sooooo Wonderful about the JASON SIGHTING!!!

He looks sooo good as always!
Kadee looks good too! They make such a nice couple. I hope Jason is really happy. He looks like he is.

Oh, MyrnaLynne, You have a PM, K? Just some helpful info.

I'm glad it doesn't seem to be anything serious with Elmo. Maybe male dogs are just like human males... the older they get, the more they Tinkle? Could be, maybe?

My Teddi-Behr is now 8 years old and he has an ENDLESS supply of Tinkle, I swear! If I'd let him, we'd be outside ALL night while he tinkled on Everything!!!

Well, I hope all the tests come back fine for Elmo.

Poddy, Were you going to the luncheon too? If you were, then I hope you had a Great time, but if you didn't go, then I wish you an enjoyable alone time!

Glad you got to get a swim in. How refreshing!

And yes, I snuck over to the Obsessies when I learned about the New Sighting! How exciting!!! I just hope he has a project in the works... finger's crossed!

Vero, I watch Prison Break too! Sarah's Alive!!! I'm sooo happy for Michael!!!

Did you see what the COMPANY did to Gretchen and Whistler?!!! OMG!!! That shocked me!!!

And that little wheezle T-Bag has 9 lives I swear! LOL!

Ok, I'll stop now... LOL! I tend to get carried away! LOL!!!

I hope your Sis doesn't see any action in the Guard! I hope she's in a peacefully boring position!

Scottie!
Biggest Hugs to All,
Wen

Wen No, I walked around the town and looked at the stores and had an ice cream cone your poor sleepless self wish you could sleep more but you still soldier on so well I know Tbag but he is a great actor.....boy I wassurprised too....knocing all the newbies off.....excited to see Sarah this year

ML
You must be slaving on the evil chapter

gonna go up to the boards for a bit this evening with a friend and get a sweatshirt for one of my home buddies kid who it liked when they were down and then going to a town meeting....short story....for 3 years a group of us have been fighting a bike path that the present jerk mayor is pushing...it's unnecesary plus it would really be a drag for all us on this street cause they would cementover the old train track where now it is lovely and natural or pps have flowers....we have a bird feeded where tons of birds eat. Their trees would be cut down the worst par tis they don't need to endanger the wetlands and pave over paradise.....the street is perfect...no cars drive down it and bikers already use it. Well that wasn;t short.........small town politics.....gotta get involved sometimes

up side boardwak pizza

see ya

Poddy, I'm glad you had some nice alone time, getting to "play" on the Boardwalk.... sounded like fun! And with Boardwalk food too! YUM!

And Yes, you like Prison Break too! My Lainie cracks me up when she tells me... "Your Boy's are on!" Meaning Wentworth and Dom and I tell her, "They are def NOT boys, but MEN!!!" LOL! She rolls her eyes at me, as she thinks I'm too far silly! LOL!

Yes, T-Bag is a good actor... he sure knows how to make you feel really creepy, that's for sure! LOL!

I was Shocked to see what they did to Whistler!!! Didn't see that coming! And I was surprised to see what they are doing to Gretchen too!

But I'm sooo glad to see Sarah! And I'm so happy for Michael now... now that they are together again!

I'm not happy tho' that they changed the time of the show, because when Heroes comes back on, they will be on at the SAME time SAME night! I'll have to tape one of them, and watch it later. Such a dilema.

I hope your town hall meeting went well. I've never understood why cities want to improve where improving is Never needed?!

Ah yes, my sleeping patterns, or lack there of. (sigh) I've just have learned to live with it. Some days are worse than others, like anything else, but mostly, I am used to the lack of sleep and can function quite well on only 2 hrs a day.

But then there are those days, in which it hits me like a ton of bricks, and then my body just can't take it, and that's the ONLY time that I can catch a few winks during the day, otherwise I'm usually fine with just the 2hrs. Go figure.

Well, today I go see my Reg. Dr. this aft. He's really so nice. (He's the one that I had to do bloodwork for.) I swear, he checked off just about everything on that stupid lab slip, so they took at least 5 viles of blood out of me. Glad my vein didn't collapse, as they tend to do that since I have very thin, & lousy veins that can't take long blood draws. (sigh)

Anyway, TGIF Everyone! Hope Everyone has a Great Day!

Hugs to All,
Wen

Hi, sorry I was MIA. Must have been working or something -oh yeh, had to proofread the next issue before it went out, and then had fun tossing all the related paperwork and files, recycle the paper, reuse the paperclips and folders - I run a very thrifty operation! LOL! And boss had some stupid rush letter this morning. Didn't get online at home last night.

Got the 'Torchwood' extra stuff disk for season one - 3 HOURS of extra stuff, basically a little thing for each episode of the season where they gloat about how wonderful and brilliant it is and a bit of behind the scenes/filming stuff. We watched a few of them but it was enough after awhile. They should have put them on the disks with each episode imho. I love extra stuff way more than the next person, but enough is enough!

Good for you Podmom with the local political action! If everybody is happy with the way things are - why 'fix' it and make it worse? Although those 'rails to trails' is a popular thing (maybe he thought he could get some federal money for it or something? Money had to be involved somewhere - or maybe just his big ego).

We had train tracks near our house, that they dug up and stuck the subway extension underneath, back in 1982, and then put a lovely park over it, but that's different - they were digging it up anyway - and before, it was just yucky old train tracks. I walk the dog there all the time, but in nice weather/summer, it can get like a superhighway - fools zooming on bikes and rollerblades, dogs, people walking, baby carriages. Dogs don't walk in a straight line, they like to weave from side to side following smells (and squirrels) and I'm terrified we're going to get killed by those crazy bikers, who ride way too fast. Almost looking forward to winter, when we have the path (almost) to ourselves. A lot of people commute back and forth on it, to get to the subway station, all year round.

OH! Speaking of train tracks, article in the city paper said "Man hit by train dies" - which isn't exactly a surprising result. But I read the article - and we KNEW that man! He used to go to our temple. Wow, so weird to read something awful in the paper and actually know (sort of know) the person it happened to. I sent a donation in his memory to the temple. sigh. He had 2 kids.

Wen nice of Lainie to cook spaghetti after your long day taking care of Mother stuff. I hate when they take so many bottles of blood. You wonder if you'll have enough left!

Only worked 3 days this week and I'm still glad it's Friday! I think a 3-day workweek (and 4-day weekend) is just about right!

MLette and I have to go shop tonight for Mr ML Jr's birthday. I have cards, a cake mix, and one (silly) gift. Not quite ready.

LOL, wonder why we have an ad for Indian matchmaking service on the bottom of the page?

It's true, the angle of Jason's jaw is one of his most beautiful features (among all his beautiful fatures). It's a shame to cover it up with a beard. I saw a guy on the subway last night with a really dark grizzly beard and I thought it was Adrian Grenier - LOL - that boy can really grow hair. Ugh, the AC was broken/they had the heat on in the train last night - it must have been 90-100 in there.

What...you had to actually work well that's just wrong

yes...I like behind the scenes and commentary as well but it can get to be too much.

well it can't be rails to trails unless it is meant for commuting like where you are. This is strictly recreational....I think they want it as another toursist attraction plus I think some of their bestfriends are bikers and bikers can really be a selfrightious pushy bunch. Like I said before...the road in front of my house that is parralel to the tracks and the marshes is totally fine for families to bike on. maybe 3 cars go on it in the middle of summer(winter..none) ppl park there and park the car they will use in the back....it's basically a paking lot. Ppl use it already....I'm just irked at the lying and bullying tactics....I've watched almost every bit of marsh and charm cememented over. I'm sick of it. Ooo I feal a Norma Ray moment

Gosh I am sorry about that man so disturbing to know him ... why was he on the tracks? Do they know? we have had 2 kids killed on the tracks in the last few years college kids....drunk and confused. I hope the college( University of Deleware) is really telling the freshman about those deaths!

have a nice Bday celebration........ MrMLjr

Hey all!!!

Had a few busy days. My mom's cosine's son had a Brith (circumcision). It was in the morning which wasn't so much fun but the baby is adorable. And so sweet!

Then I went and spent the weekend with my friend from Itamar (that the place where she lives at). I had a great time with her family. Her girls just started kinder-garden this week and she started work so it was a hard week but everything is ok with everyone… well except her hubby who caught a virus so that wasn't fun. I hope he'll feel better soon.

A Jason Sighting????? That is so great! It's been so long since we last saw him. I'm sorry but I'm so not into KaDee's show. It came from Gray's Anatomy and I just hate that TV show so if it came from that one it cant's be that great…. But it's keeping her busy so that's good…. Now if something got Jason busy things would be better.
He looks as amazing as always. I know what you mean podmommy I'm missing shaved Jason too… but he looks great like that too. And he's been gone for so long I'll take him any way I can get him: shaved, unshaved, dressed, undressed… It was wonderful seeing him again!

ML, that's sucks what AOL does! I mean not everyone's types fast… I know I have my slow days and it doesn't matter how much you type it's annoying losing it. I hope they'll change that or something because that's so wrong!

Happy to hear it's not diabetes that your dog has! That's good. It's hard enough to deal with human-being having that so I wouldn't even know how to deal with dogs… Sorry to hear it's the kidneys. I hope there's a quick remedy for it.

Ho no. National Service is an option for young kids who don't go to the army for whatever reason to give something. It's another option. Usually people who do national service are girls and religious.
There's a problem for Rabbis to have woman in the army (yea I know, sooo middle ages) so they give permits for religious girls to not go to the army. That's fine and all but they still want to encourage doing something for Israel so there are a lot of volunteering organizations which help find a place for religious girls (usually). It's usually is working in hospitals or schools or children from broken homes, stuff like that. National service is not mandatory (as I definitely think it should) but it's a norm. There's a possibility to do only one year of National Service but some do 2 years (like my sister). There are some kids who do both NS and army but not a lot. There's a lot more to this but in short that's that.
I would have loved it if the kids who don't go to the army would have done national service there are so many people in need for help but when someone mentions making it a mandatory there are always people against it. I can understand if some don't want to go to the army (being pacifist or whatever) but what is wrong with helping people around you. And they get money for living expenses and a scholarship for school or building a business. I just don't get how selfish some people are.

Actually Prison Break is the only one I was excited to see again but now that it's here I have a lot of issues with it… I guess I'll just have to wait and see what they'll do with it.

That would be disappointing getting to New Hampshire and finding out the place is closed. You guys were definitely smart (or lucky) to check 1st.

Hope Mr. ML Jr. celebration went ok! Hope he had a very happy Birthday!

podmommy, yep Sara coming back was definitely a problem for me… to soapy for me. But I did love seeing her back! I just wish they would already give a good reason to why she was actually gone.... I know it's not the actors because I've enjoyed everything about the show in the last 3 seasons… the storylines could have gone well… but I had a lot of problems with the way the dealt with everything… in other words I hope they'll bounce back to the way they were. I really would hate to lose this one right now.

I have to agree about the reality shows. There are just way to many of those! They just started an Israeli version of Big Brother over here! That is just disappointing! I keep hoping for something good to show up and nothing does! I have resorted to watching The Hills! If there is a definition to the word bad TV that show is it! It's so bad it's not even funny! I have no idea who I have to beg to to get some good TV… I would beg if I just knew where to go!

I did only one year of service. It wasn't a great experience to me so I just gave up fast. If kids are doing it they do it right out of High School. Pretty much like the army but with no orders, no uniforms and no running around. After finishing with it I actually regretted not going to the army. I just felt out of place and like I didn't belong. The problem with being religious over here and going to a religious school over here is that you don't get to choose. The people at the top are giving you only what they think you should get. I didn't even get to hear about the army in my school while in the non-religious schools they get to hear about the army but not about the NS. Ha! Only one idiocy of many in the Israeli education.

No the NS and the army are 2 different organizations. 1st we get a 1st draft notice when we're around the age of 16. At that point there's the possibility of going to the Rabbi and get a permit out of the army. Kids who don't (or can't) do that go though a lot of tests (medicals and others) and then the army starts to think about what to do with them and where to put them. There are certain qualifications consider – like health and weight and emotional state ect. when the kids graduate from High School they get a date to show up and the drafting center and get drafted to the army.
If the army reject the kid for some reason (health or other-wise) then that's that. As far as the state goes the kid can do whatever he wants. He can try and get into the NS system (the religious society would encourage to do that) which is a possibility but most would just try and get a tepm job or go on to the university.

Sorry for blabbing about this for so long… it's more complicated then some think…

Happy to hear you had some fun! OC sounds like an amazing place.

Happy to hear that meeting went well and I hope you'll be able stopping those politicians! Why change things if they're working ok for everyone?

Wen, Lainie was so sweet to help you out and make dinner when it was your turn. Makes me feel wonderful that you have her around and that she helps you out like that.

I knew that they plan on getting Sara back… and I was very apprehensive about that… but I'm definitely happy for Michael! The poor guy was crashed.
I really curious to see where they'll take everything to. I just hope it'll be as good as they keep saying it will be. I think the day they'll kill T-Bag they show will end. He's almost as important as Michael! Robert Knaper does an amazing job with this character.
I didn't see that Wistler kill coming either. But I just knew they wouldn't kill Grechen so fast. She's really creepy that one.
Well for me there's no choice. If it's Prison Break or Heroes, I'll take Prison Break any day. But then I never got into that Heroes show.

I'm so sorry you don't get much sleep! I wish they'll be able to help you with that… though if they didn't so far.

I hope those will be good news! It's never fun to go through those blood tests.

Got up early and baked Mr ML Jr's cake - and cleared off the dining table (again) for his party later, when MLette gets home from work, and hung up the 'happy birthday' banner. We took him out to supper yesterday, to a restaurant he picked (make the pizza he likes) in a torrential downpour.

Hurricane Hanna came up here and brought icky sticky tropical humid weather - worst day ever! Retreated to the cool room.) I was going to bake the cake yesterday and frost it today, but it was just way too hot. And it kept raining off and on so we couldn't go anywhere, as far as outdoor type trips. And then it poured and poured and poured. Which was good, we haven't had rain at all in a week.

LOL, poor MLette, her aunt and uncle across the street went away and asked her to water their flowers. Now the aunt is a fanatical gardner and has plants and pots and stuff all over the yard. And MLette doesn't know anything about plants, so she was worrying was it too much, was it not enough, how often to do it, and some of the plants didn't look so good - LOL - so she was SO relieved we had a big big storm before they got home, so if anything is wrong with the garden, she can blame it on the storm.

We also went out for lunch (without the birthday boy - who got up late and just ate breakfast) to the mall and got him a couple more birthday presents and some birthday wrapping paper (although, being a guy, he couldn't care less what it was wrapped in - but Hanukah paper just didn't seem right!). MLette and I wrapped up the rest of his presents. He has a lot! Although of course since most of them are clothes, he won't like them much. And I hope the book we got was the one he wanted. sigh.

I got the niftiest book about vampires at the bookstore, and it was on sale for $2.99!! It was sort of a popup book or like those mystery stories that have the clues in little envelopes and flaps in the book. Hard to describe but it was very cool and a whole lot of creativity and artwork went into making it and I felt bad for those people that nobody wanted the book and they only got $2.99 for it! It wasn't really a book for little kids, which is probably why it didn't sell in the kids books (they should have put it out with the 'Twilight' display).

VB very interesting about the NS/army option, and it's too bad they decide for you, since you are religious, you can't go, even though you might have liked it. I'm sure the Army gives options for being religious, because, well, it's the Israeli Army after all! People daven in the Army, keep kosher etc, I'm sure.
That's so good of yours sister to want to do 2 years. I think it's nice to do something for your country! I think if we had to do that here, people would appreciate it. Well, except for the lazy people.

Your friend with the kids in Itamar sounds nice - boy, a lot on her plate with kids, sick husband, going to work, starting school! Back to school is a stressy time for people with kids. I'm so glad mine are all done with school!

Poddy you go Norma Rae girl! A lot of shifty stuff goes on with politics, and those bikers are so pushy! They are the worst people on our path - they think it's 'a bike path' and it exists only for them, and they find all the walkers, babies, dogs, etc, to be such a huge annoyance. Boy, I can't stand those people with the snooty French spandex bicycle suits and the thousand dollar speedy bikes, pretending they are on the Tour de France or whatever! I think people who dress up in high tech biking suits looks like idiots. But that's just me! Anyway, I hope you defeat this pavement-crazed mayor.

We have a political guy who was caught stealing money out of the vending machines/change machines etc at the court house! A guy making $100,000 a year, and he's stealing pocket change. He is so losing his job and he's up for reelection now and everybody wants his job because who will vote for a stupid crook?

VMAs are tonight and last installment of 'Samurai Girl' which Mr ML Jr and I are watching and I'm finding is suprisingly enjoyable (it's on ABCFamily). It was 2 hrs Fri, 2 hrs Sat, and 2 hrs tonight. Brendan Fehr has a big role in it - the guy friend who turns into boyfriend, most likely, to the little gorgeous Samurai Girl. Long story, about Asian gangs and ancient prophecies and ninjas yada yada. Then younger brother of guy who plays 'Sock' on Reaper is in there too (looks just like him) and he is really funny. And there is a girl who reminds me of Chloe from Smallville, only she's not that girl. Anyway, it was a great job for Brendan! Brooding martial arts, motorcycle, ninja dude (yep, there are soo many ninjas in Canada)

Saw an ad for Kyle XY and got so excited - but it doesn't come back til JANUARY! Does it make sense to advertise a TV show in September when it's not til January? I guess it's been gone so long, people have to be reminded that show ever existed. I really enjoyed that one, stupid teen show that it is.

Oh well, I think we've firmly established I'm just a teen inside! Aries - we are the 'babies of the Zodiac' after all.

Off to grocery shop and decorate/frost the birthday cake! Mm, frosting...

Mr ML is walking the dog today, even though it's Mr ML Jr's 'turn', in honor of his birthday (and in honor of the fact he's sleeping really late!)

Later...

Party was a big success! Or as successful as a little family birthday party can be. He went out to lunch with his friend today. All the clothes fit, and I think he liked them, although he grumbled about so many clothes, and the book was the one he wanted and he was happy about that. And he was hoping the shoe box was a Nintendo Wii! Great minds think alike! We said maybe for Hanukah (if he gets a job) we'll get one for the family then (so he doesn't go buy himself one now). Can't believe he's 28.

Okay it's Monday now? Where is everybody? Saw the end of 'Samurai Girl' and switched to VMAs just in time to miss the 'Twilight' cast - although of course I didn't know I'd just missed them (until I checked YouTube today). Watched the wretched thing with the sound muted for awhile until I realized I'd missed anybody I was interesting in seeing and crawled off to bed. I hope they box up Russell Brand (the crazy host) and ship him right back to the UK because he was truly obnoxious. I liked Samurai Girl except for the ending, where they left it hanging in case they decide to make more shows - and the dead guy wasn't dead and it wasn't all happily ever after and neatly tied up. But I enjoyed it. Must have to sit through 6 hours of that stuff over 3 nights! Has to be good to make me sit that long.

Too funny, they had an ad on TV for 'Weight Watchers' and it said something like I've come to terms with birthday cake, and I said "Birthday cake" and ran into the other room and ate another piece of Mr ML Jr's cake. Um, I don't think Weight Watchers would have approved/that was what Weight Watchers had in mind! I am sooo suggestible... birthday caaakke. I'm as bad as Homer Simpson with donuts.

Hi Everyone!

Mr. ML Jr.!

MyrnaLynne, I'm so glad that Mr. ML Jr's Birthday was such a big hit! Glad he liked his presents... altho, poor guy thought he was getting a Wii. At least he can look forward to getting one for Hanukah (well, that he knows it's a family gift, but still the Wii for Hanukah is still something to look forward too!)

My No.2 son's Birthday is Today! We celebrated yesterday too tho' because No.1 son had it off so we all went out for dinner, 'No.2 son's choice', and we went to this really nice Chinese Smorgy soooo gooood!!!

Then it was home for Cake and Ice Cream and Presents.

He also got some new clothes, and I got him a new Big George Forman Grill that have removable plates so they can go into the dishwasher, (which will be very nice!). So now we can grill steaks and such again, I don't have a BBQ, so the G.F. Grill is perfect for indoor Grilling, and No. 2 son is Great at it! LOL! That's his speed of Grilling! LOL! He was Very Happy with it, and also very surprised. LOL!

He had one a number of years ago, but it died, and he truly loved it! So I'm glad he really likes this New and Improved version, and that he has a replacement for the one that died.

Lainie got him the Brunswick Pro Bowling Game for the Wii, and he was thrilled! They played it till late last night and had lots of fun with it, so I know he really liked it.

Tonight we are going to break in his New G.F Grill with some steaks for his Birthday Dinner, and I still have one more present that I set aside for him to open since Today is his Real Birthday. It's nothing much, just something for him to open on His Day.

Too bad he had to work today, but he had to. It would have been nice if he could have stayed home to just relax. Oh well.

Vero, About the dilema of Heroes and Prison Break coming on at the same time... I plan on taping one and watching the other, then watch the taped one later. I'm not giving up either one of them! LOL!

While Sarah was gone on Prison Break, she had a baby! Did you know that? I saw the cutest interview with she and Wentworth while she was pregnant and HE kept saying that the BABY was HIS!!! And every time he said that, she'd HIT him and laugh! It was so cute!!! (sigh)

They really are Great Friends off screen too! It was refreshing to see them kidding around like that. Made me laugh hard with their antics. LOL!

Oh, and I think it true about T-Bag... they are Not about to get rid of him because he is just as important as Michael in the show.

Yes, Gretchen is def getting what she dished out, that's for sure!!!

And this season is def going to keep true to form.... Keeping me on the Edge of my seat!!! But I LOVE it!!! LOL!

And yes, My Lainie is such a Sweetie! She surprises me like that... like make supper even tho' it's not her turn when she knows I need the help. She's such a Great Kid!!!

Poddy, Yes, I had a good Dr. appt. Lost more weight... 35lbs in 3mos.
Bloodwork was Ok, sugars looked good, altho' my cholesterol still iffy... (I make the bad cholesterol and I'm on 2 different meds for it too!) sigh ... it's just in the genes, sigh. And I eat tons of chicken (no skin!) too! sigh. Well, I try, that's all I can do, right?

I hope they don't pave over your Paradise!

I hope Everyone has a Great Week!

Hugs to All,
Wen
