Thanks gal25!

J: Thanks for the Seatle Info!

Man! I want to be in Sonoma so bad, I even looked up flight costs. That's a big thing for me since I am terrified to fly. Always have been.

Costs are up there.

I can totally understand you. I also looked up flight costs. But as you said, it's way too expensive for me. Too bad, I really would have liked to go there. I could've seen the film AND get me some nice and delicious toffee...I love that stuff!! Yummy!

Here is the response I got last week from CineVegas, the Las Vegas Film Festival.

Hello,
The program announcement should be sometime in late April. We're still accepting submissions and will be until the 9th of April.

As for Happily Even After, I don't know if they've submitted or not, or if they plan to submit or not. That's all handled by the festvial programmers.

Have a great day,
Dan Jepperson

An interesting note on Cine Vegas: It is held at the Palms Casino/Hotel which is famous for the Real World suite and where Britney stay when she got drunk....er...I mean married.

I don't think it's changed. The dates announced earlier say that Monday is the 4th. Monday is, in fact, the 3rd. It seems like it's just a simple mix-up on combining days and dates.

I was hunting around on the net trying to see if I could find anywhere that indicated what the seating capacity is in theatres 1, 5 and 10. I remember that two of the screenings were at locations with 400+ seats. I wonder which ones. Just planning.

Has anyone seen an announcement on the net about the audience award H,EA won? How did we find out? And what were the criteria? Was the award given due to how the audience reacted...in which case, our laughter and hooting and hollering was undoubtedly a contribution. Or was it awarded based on that ballot from the second night? I'd be curious to find out.

Kara
