seriously?

friendship is always both sides and it doesn't seem to me that she tried so hard in order to have friends not to mention that she hated the humans. The others weren't mean toward her but they couldn't be best friends with her like if nothing had happened pretending that she wasn't the one who manipulated them. After all she was a stranger for them all and it didn't help that she was obsessed about destiny and wanted to make decisions for them.
Max especially i don't think that it's easy to be friends with a girl who always tries to jump in your pants when you're not interested. He even mentioned it with Jim Valenti (surprise)
they all tried to be nice with her and see what they got in the end.
they shouldn't have trusted her.

Agreed. I always laugh at the argument that Max and co. were somehow wrong for choosing to stick with their human friends rather than embracing their alien sides and following out their destinies. Um, can you blame them?! Exploring their origins have brought them nothing but pain, destruction and betrayal. Liz, Maria, Kyle and Alex have been there for them from the very beginning while Tess and Nasedo were scheming behind their backs to get them all killed.

yeah, Max&Co were bad because they didn't want to be "robots" and they actually had a real personality and free will

unlike Tess who was stuck with a past that wasn't even really hers and worked for a plan that someone else made.
Also some people fail to understand that Max&Co were not really Zan&Co but their clones. Clones are not the same people and i believe that this was the core point there.. it's not even true that they had the same souls because no one ever talked about reincarnation (and even when it's about reincarnation you can't be the same person).
both the momogram from destiny and then the destiny book only described them as the result of genetic clonation
just because the antarians considered Max&Co the royal four just because they shared the same dna of their predecessors it doesn't mean that they really were those people.

I think I'm gonna rewatch Roswell soon. At least season 1 which was my favorite

I agree with the eye-scratching (and am happy to spot another BSG fan here, by the way).

Nothing could ruin S1. It was beautiful.

Tess really didn't start ruining things until late S2. Before that, she seemed rather harmless for a while, and --gasp-- almost likable... no, I take that last part back. The keyboard scorched my fingers as I typed that word in reference to Tess. Evil, evil Tess
