I wonder how much time they spend together now, I know that Taylor mentioned he was staying at Pete's place in Wyoming last fall, but I think Pete actually moved out of LA and is based in New York now. I know they used to box together all the time when Taylor was in LA because Pete has that gym out there, Wildcard West.

That mention of Wyoming now reminds me that Pete was in talks with HBO to do an old west series in Wyoming. That's what we thought Taylor's beardman look was for.

I feel like this probably sums up their relationship pretty well.

I just saw Deepwater Horizon. I liked it. It's not going to win any Academy Awards, but it was good. A few observations without giving anything away.

Mark Wahlberg is still one of my favorite actors.

Kurt Russell is a phenomenal actor.

John Malkovich has a terrible southern accent.

Kate Hudson is too good an actress to have taken such a tiny part.

I didn't get it before... BUT Dylan O'Brien is friggen gorgeous. He reminds me of a young Rob Lowe. He barely had screen time and when he did, he was covered in mud.

Of course Pete made a cameo.

I knew Buddy Garrity was in it, but I didn't know that Mr. Ferret Owner Meth-head was in it too and had a pretty substantial part. **Nevermind... wasn't him. I swore it was though, looked just like him. It's the guy from My Name is Earl.

Oh Yes Dylan was so gorgeous on Deepwater Horizon!!

He definitely grew up, wish he was in it more!

I love how Peter always makes a cameo in his movies, I laughed when I saw him.

Pete puts Buddy in everything too. I remember being not surprised when I saw him in The Leftovers in season one. Like oh yeah, a Pete produced project of course Buddy Garrity is going to show up.

I'll have to check this movie out eventually. I see it didn't do quite as well as expected at the box office but is getting pretty great reviews. Hopefully that will help out it's long term gains.

Rich Cohen with Esquire did a profile piece on Pete this month. I tried to read it to see if there were any cute FNL or Taylor antidotes we hadn't heard before but apparently Esquire still lives in the year 2000 and won't allow you to read it digitally without paying. Screw that, I'll stand in Target and read it.

There was a video at some point of Taylor doing something to Pete's pizza during an interview while they were promoting Battleship but I can't seem to find it now. Pete put that Hello Kitty sticker on Taylor's phone, I'm sure he wasn't pleased about that.

It also sounds like Taylor needs to up his prank game. Haha. Pete's caught on to all of his tricks. I wonder what the most recent one was.

I'm pretty sure that Wahlberg is a big prankster. I'm sure Taylor had to up his game to keep up with him.

I want to say there was talks of their pranks during some Lone Survivor press interview but that what they were really couldn't be repeated. Between the four of them, Ben, Emile, Taylor and Mark I'm sure it was excessive.

I think he deleted it, was he joking because he's posting things from Morocco the past few days.

I wish he'd go to Coachella. I think Sophia is there and Nina Dobrev who is tight with Chace is there. I'd just once like to see Taylor do something mainstream.
