I guess the snow came further north than they expected because we got way more than they were forecasting. I've shoveled twice and hope I don't have to again. I guess it's a good excuse to just be lazy on a Saturday.

I tried to start Grey's last night, I just can't do it. The cheese factor is too high. I guess I'm just too devoted to ER, nothing lives up to it.

Wow, really? We're getting hammered. And here it is a rare Saturday off for me and I'm stuck in the house. I thought the forecasters were probably just exaggerating again. Nope! Meanwhile, I want to order in but I'd feel too guilty having someone driving in this weather for me, even if I'm paying.

Governor called a state of emergency last night for today... and we got nothing.

Has anyone seen Tully? The end was not what I was expecting. But all in all I thought it was a good look at motherhood and postpartum depression. I know Charlize gained weight for the role but she still looks flawless.

Lornette, order out! They'd be sitting around otherwise. I saw a few pizza delivery cars drive down the street while I was shoveling this afternoon.

We have no snow, it’s just really cold. I just wanted on day to stay in and go nowhere. It was faster to go get dinner than to have it delivered. I digress.

Grey’s came back from break Thursday. It’s officially the longest running show.

Oldest minion has roped me into watching the originals with her. Ugh.

We finally started getting some sleet. Tomorrow night it's supposed to drop to like 9 degrees so that should be a nice sheet of ice.

A friend of mine is going on a teacher exchange in Rwanda this summer. I'm actually considering it.

A friend of mine passed away from brain cancer today. He has been living with it for 15 years, but the last 10 months have been awful. His family has suffered so much so I'm glad he is at peace. Still a gut punch though. Waiting to find out when all the services are.

He said July and August, but I don't know if it's the full 8 weeks. I have to look into it further. I've considered doing other foreign exchanges in the past but something always came up.
