But I think Paul drives kind of way out there too, because it's in Ani's jurisdiction which isn't the same as Ray's, but the victim was a missing person in Ray's jurisdiction....soooo convoluted.

I think she probably just wanted to do anal. I don't think it could have been anything too crazy but he said it was something that most girls didn't like.

I remember some people not getting that Paul was attempting suicide or thinking about it on this motorcycle ride. That one shot overtop with his light on is pretty though.

Agree and agree, but I don't know if the guy would be so freaked out. I think he'd been all over it. I think it was something kinkier than that. but I love how we don't know.

I ate popcorn at the movies and continued my non Keto binge with watermelon and corn. Ugh.

The thing with keto is that in order to get into ketotosis you really can't cheat. If you do it knocks you out of it...if you're really in ketotosis which will make you lose the weight quick you're probably going to go through the "carb flu" for a day or two. If that hasn't happened yet wait for it. So I was really really strict with it for my first few months when I started it years ago. Now I kind of cycle in and out of it.

I made that keto lava cake tonight.

Yeah I don't know why he would have been so startled by it...but it had to be something pretty mainstream if he thought most girls didn't like it.

Possibly, but I do remember him starting to sport a new leather jacket post TD, the one I think he was wearing in that final scene. I think the first time we saw him with it on was when he was leaving that dinner with Rachel which would have been post TD filming.

I think I had Keto flu a few weeks ago. I had a really bad cold but I actually think I was detoxing. I've been really strict for about 3 weeks. This was my first slip. However, comparing this to other low carb diets, in which you lose weight quickly, some of them are slightly different. I think I'm going to do my own thing and just stay around 20 net carbs. Some diets even say you can go as high as 50 net carbs per day. On Paleo you can't have dairy but you can have fruit, and all your meat has to be lean and grass fed. On South Beach you can have legumes, but no fruit or dairy. I've read a lot lately and most say that dairy is really bad. I don't know.

I think the only reason I could stick with Keto is because you can still have dairy. Though I really really miss the fruits other than berries. So the keto flu kind of gives you the runs and you almost feel stomach flu-ish for a day or two. I had it last time. I'm hoping my body is just used to this process by now that it's going to give me a break this time around. The first time I did it I lost 8 pounds in one week but I know it was mostly water weight. This time I'm down only three or four in the same number of days, I'm also way closer to my goal weight so I know it's going to be slower.
