I haven't watched this in awhile. Part of my issue is that I have all his projects on DVD and totally never use my DVD player so I unplugged it instead to use my roku and I'm too lazy to plug it back in.

I have two unplugged on my floor. Not sure what to do with them.

Yes you can. I think, however, that depending on what type of Xbox you have will determine what kind of DVD it will play (regular or blu-ray). I think most will play both nowadays but I had one once that didn't recognize anything but a blu-ray. It sucked!!

My brother used to have an XBox and when he lived with me we used it as a DVD player in the one family room, but I do remember it wouldn't play Bluray or maybe that was all it played. It was picky about it one way or another.

I was so worried about buying a bluray player and then only having to buy blurays but I think that bluray players can play regular DVDs too.

I have a blu ray and a DVD player. Our Xbox plays blu rays and DVDs.

I don't really buy DVD's any longer unless it's Taylor's project. Digital downloads are the way to go, DVD players are becoming obsolete.
