Don't know if any of you follow Joe Rogan's podcast, but he just posted his most recent interview and it's of Jack Carr (the author of Terminal List). They apparently talk about the series (and lots of other stuff too) so it might be worth a listen (if you're interested).

I checked it out! I just happened to see that Jack has been making the media rounds because his new book is coming out.

He talks mostly about Chris and how he was who he thought should play James Reece even back when he was on Parks and Rec, he thought he'd play him. Anyway, he was out on set and said he hadn't really experienced the Hollywood life before and was surprised how nice everyone was. He mentioned Taylor and that he'd texted him or called him or something, but that he was nice. It was kind of like an after thought comment. I didn't listen to the whole 2 hours, and thought they might be done talking about it after that moment so there might be more.

I wouldn't have even recognized Chris in that photo.

He looks a lot like Andy but just skinny Andy. That is really not how I imagined James Reece when reading the books. Chris as the guy he played in Zero Dark Thirty, yes, I could see that. Honestly, it was hard for me to read the book and not picture the lead as Taylor. I think he would have nailed it.

I feel like we've had pictures from set most days today so it might be safe to say that Taylor wasn't filming this week. I wonder what he does during his downtime.

From set the past few days, they were filming in Redondo Beach these past few days.

I wonder if his rental is on the beach?
How open is California right now? Can he go out and do much? I'd say he rents a bike and drives, or goes camping for a few days...I don't know how far he'd have to go outside of the city, or if he has to stay within a certain area in case they need him, or what clauses he has on activities he can and cannot engage in while on the project.
I would want to take care of any business I can't easily do from Austin. Maybe pitch ideas? Or see ppl about upcoming projects? See friends who live in LA.

I lied, he was on set on Thursday. There are pictures I'm just trying to find them where they're actually large and untagged. I hate the site that posted them, they're so unaccessible.

I need to know if the coat is bc he’s cold or is it wardrobe? He always seems have a jacket on. Think it’s funny that he seems so cold natured, bc he’s Canadian! In my mind, he should be the guy wearing flip flops and shorts during “winter” here.

I don't think the beanie is part of the outfit and I'm not sure about the jacket. There are a few more pictures I'll post this week of him without the hat. It did look chilly on set, Chris was wearing a jacket too in the pictures from this past week.

Here are a few more from last week. Bottom line, Chris calls the paparazzi, as does his wife. There are pictures of him on set almost daily. Hopefully we'll get more of Taylor soon.
