They're ignoring me, thinking that I need to change my routine and that I need to get out more. It works for me, so just don't make me change it and I like staying indoors. Isn't your family meant to help you, not make you feel depressed?

You would think, but mine mock me for having anxiety and then have a go at me when the symptoms get worse. They don't get it, and they don't want to try and get it.

I get anxious too, but not that much. It started when I was 10, and it hasn't really affected me..

I have panic attacks almost daily. Not big ones all that often, but I do have them, usually for no reason. I think I'm developing OCD as well, but I don't really want to go to my doctor about it, because the last time I went about my anxiety, I came out feeling so much worse than I had when I went in there.

Yeah.. Last year was ok, my school marks were great, but I had Taylor to look forward to in December. But this year everything just went downhill it was horrible. I tried to change my hours at work but I they wouldn't let me that I got so stressed and depressed that I got really really sick that I had most of the third term off school.

That sucks
Last year was pretty awful for me, too. I always say hopefully next year will be better, but for me at least, it never is, if anything, it's usually worse. |
