Yes... the very odd beginnings to a good show.

And it's actually strange how instantly Rose attached on to Megan

then you must kiss me 03-22-2010 07:05 PM

well, I think somewhere, Rose knew she was being pushed around a bit by Sage, and in Megan, she saw someone that was just going to push her to do her best

red velvet 03-22-2010 10:01 PM

Yeah, and I mean I guess Rose is the super friendly type but it still seems a bit suspicious. I get that for a show in order to make the premise work it was necessary though

I think whether it was forced or not, it was a good step towards Rose becoming her own person.

red velvet 03-24-2010 12:22 PM

Yes  that I agree with

:bump: Bumping another hiding thread :)

Yes, they all seemed to fall back there because it's just so hard to keep them all active. But I always really liked this relationship because I thought Megan really stood up for Rose before she knew how to do it for herself

Mo Nighean Donn 05-08-2010 09:28 AM

It is hard to keep them all active unfortunelty.
I know, at least it seems to me that way as well, especially in the beg. Rose pretty much just had Sage to help her out or she relied on her to do things for her, until Megan came into the picture.

When the show was going it wasn't hard at all to post on all the threads - there always seemed more than enough to say in each thread because the threads that we had in general were dedicated to people who had regular interactions

Mo Nighean Donn 05-08-2010 04:27 PM

I would imagine it was a lot easier to keep up with the threads when you saw the characters weekly on TV. I know the one forum I post where the show is on right now, its easy to post about the characters and whats going on. Now its all just remembering what happened.

red velvet 05-08-2010 04:58 PM

And remember is so much harder than when it's always there right in front of your face. I know sometimes I have the hardest time remember details just because it's been so long and they never released DVDs for us so I don't have something that I can really quickly reference back to which sucks. And when I do think back on it I often remember what they omitted from the show that would have been a really nice addition to it instead of what actually happened. And that's kind of annoying because it gets my head all confuzzled

Mo Nighean Donn 05-08-2010 05:42 PM

All very true  Its been well over a year since the show has been on the air, so that would make it impossible to remember that kind of crap off the top of your head like that. Still sucks they didn't do a DVD of it or anything, I would think they would want to just make more money from the show if anythign, and it would be convienent for us.
