I know, Sage didn't always make sense but she did whatever because she thought it would help keep Rose on her team and not on Megan's

Sage is totally playing the over protective sister role, its really stereotypical, but its more realistic than other parts of the show.

Well, considering the death of their parents and their completely apathetic grandmother I can actually understand Sage being that way because it's something that definitely happens in real life even if it is stereotypical.

True, they have had to deal with a lot in their young lifes. How old are they supposed to be, like 16 or something?

Yeah, they've had a lot of tragedy. They're supposed to be 16 just about to start their sophomore year of high school

Well, if you really want to get into a good school you have to be worrying about grades all four years. No slacking. And make sure you get in those activities to make you seem well rounded.

yes well, apparently their first year wasn't that important. and as far as I can tell, they had no other activities, school-wise.

No, I think they showed up sometimes and didn't pay attention and that's why Laurel thought they needed a tutor

Haha, I didn't want to get into a extremely good school, I wanted to go to college, but its not like I was trying to get into Yale or something. I didn't start worrying about it till like halfway through my junior year.

Well, I took all the honors stuff and did volunteer and whatnot because of family pressure to make sure I'd have enough stuff to get me into school. So to me it doesn't seem all that weird to start out early

My parents wanted me to go to college, but I always planned on going to a State college, so I wasn't as pressured, being its not as hard to get into one of those schools, I made sure my grades were good, and I did some volunteering, but more for my own enjoyment then to look better for colleges.

I didn't really know what I wanted to do... but it's always better to plan for higher than lower. And as far as these girls go - they're trying to get into Duke. That's not an easy thing to do, sometimes even with connections

I should have thought like that when I was younger, if I went to a differnt school I would have a better shot of getting a job. Ohh well, ya live ya learn I guess.
That is true, Duke is a very prestigious school, and just b/c they have more money then God that doesn't guarantee anything. __________________
