I love that they talk with such ease. Fast friends. Poor Marco that he got stuck with not only Megan's side of the whole MC fight thing but Charlie's too. Must suck to be stuck in the middle. He's just so easy for them to talk to though.

I think he was irritated that they couldn't sort it out on their own, that they wouldn't just talk to each other and say what needed to be said.

He's good at the whole advice thing so no matter what he always appears patient

yeah i know! And they have all ready have gotten some great scenes!! so im excited and i know their scenes will get better each episode.
and plus i think they work out really well as friends; their personalities so great

They do have personalitites that really go well together. And Marco doesn't have a complex like a lot of the help seem to have. He doesn't care if the family includes him as much as Megan or not and that means there is no pressure to stop them from being friends.

I totally get what you mean. This job isn't the end all be all for him, only a stop on the road, same with Megan.
They each have a career they want to achieve and this is a way of getting there
