At least that's what I think it is - trying to remember from when Lily gets married and just meeting Megan. But it sounds about right to me...

I feel like Lily's age was mentioned and Megan was supposed to have graduated from Yale just about two years prior

They didn't even feel like they grew up together.

They spoke in completely different ways.

Yeah, true. I would think part of that was supposed to be intentional considering that they hated each other at whatnot. But I wouldn't expect them to be that different if they had really been raised together and gone through many of the same experiences and obviously had both parents in common... now if one of them didn't that might be a different story
