Okay so the good news...I'm going to be apart of a great new project called "pretty little liars". It's based on a series of books.

It's a pilot for abc family and hopefully it will go to series. Just wanted to let yall know

yeah, ABC family isn't my favorite channel, but another show on it couldn't hurt. fingers crossed. I hope it's backtoback with Greek so I don't have to accidentally see the last five minutes of Stupid Life every week... but I'm getting ahead of myself.

I hate those romper/jumper things... but Lucy's got good legs.

I don't know. I've never been on a comp equipped to watch anything on official websites. but usually you can find everything elsewhere.

Yeah I think ABC Fam puts up eps of their shows online, at least they did for "Greek".

The network is close to giving a pilot order to the project, and "Privileged" star Lucy Hale is finalizing a deal to star in the show.

Adapted for TV by Marlene King, "Liars" is set three years after the disappearance of the manipulative and vindictive "Queen Bee" Alison. It revolves around her four 16-year-old girlfriends, Aria (Hale), Emily, Spencer and Hanna, who have lost touch with one another until each of them begins to receive mysterious messages suggesting that Alison is watching them and knows every secret they're desperate to keep. The messages don't stop even after Alison's body is discovered.

Alloy and Warners have been trying to turn "Liars" into a TV series for several years. In 2005, it was set up at the WB Network with a different writer.

Hale, who recently appeared in the Lifetime original movie "Sorority Wars," also appeared in another Alloy screen adaptation, the 2008 feature "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2."

Sounds kinda interesting, with an added twist that most teen dramas don't have, I think this would give Lucy a good part to sink her teeth into. And it seems like she'd be the "headliner" ie the big name.

And ABC Family does seem to be doing pretty well with some of their shows in the ratings recently. I hope it gets picked up. Has anyone read the book?

Yeah, but 3/4th of Hollywood are playing 5-10 years younger than they actually are.

Lucy has ever really only played her age in Sorority Wars.

Yeah, considering her age it's really not shocking for her to play a teen. Hollywood people always look much older than real people, that's just how it goes.

Lucy is probably one of the few I buy at a younger age. most people look tons older than me, and considering most people ask if I'm graduating this year... they all look too old.

I remember at the Power of Youth event last year, I thought the pictures were old pictures, because she looked like, 12.
