They were saying someone else died in the explosion instead of Wayne? But how could've Wayne get out of that bed, he was piss drunk.

instead of blow up the house, Kate "planned" to blow his office. he had a routine, after work he took his tools back to the office, Kate knew this, but that day he decided to go out with Diane....
but that's on the video...it explain what happened

it doesn't change the fact she is a murder on the run...
