I think minimums are essential to keep the site active but I do wish they were lower!

Yes, it is difficult some months and a breeze other months maybe it should be a yearly total, it is hard on boards with only a couple of posters and a lot of people that just come on to look. Maybe they should somehow incorporate views, we get tons of those

It is why we reach out to our lurkers/viewers because they could help with post counts even if they just want to play games. I know some people just don't like to post or they might feel awkward coming into a thread when there are people that already know each other and have established long term relationships on the thread but we welcome everyone regardless and hope that they will come out and post when they are viewing the board. The lurker thread gets tons of views so someone is looking

Yeah views should count for something, because it means people are still interested in the board even if they don't post. Plus the lurkers can still click the ads

They see them at least as much as us I like that but we probably would never get this to happen
