There was no Kate (no Jack, Sayid, Sawyer, Hurley) because it was mainly in 2007, but it was a fine episode.

HOLY SHIZ I loved that ep. I liked how we saw Ben had some kind of a heart. I wonder if he'll listen to Alex and follow Locke's orders, hmm. Somehow I can't see him doing that, but since Alex told him, you never know. REALLY good episode. Went back to some Island basics.
