It would be pretty moronic to replace Christian Bale as Batman.

Remember what happened when Michael Keaton was replaced? The quality of the movies went down.

Is it true that in the third one Johnny Depp will play the riddler and Angelina Jolie will play Poison Ivy?

BTW, two weeks without new Lost is becoming such torture.

Christian Bale will NOT be replaced in my opinion.

Warner Brothers, DC Comics, and The Nolan Brothers would not allow that to happen after the Joel Schumacher disasters of Forever and..........Batman & Robin. (It was not George Clooney's fault. He was OK)

Christian Bale right now is Batman and replacing him would be a sure way to lose fans. Plus, he seems very dedicated to the role. Either way, I hope that Gary Oldman is still Commissioner Gordon.

I don't think that Johnny Depp will be the Riddler (that would be interesting) or Angelina Jolie would be Poison Ivy.

It is hard to top a Batman villain when you're finished with The Joker.

I'm thinking they should go with The Phantasm. He was a villain in the animated movie released in 1993. Here is some information about that movie.

I think they would need some really good casting, & Johnny Depp would be great as The Riddler IMO.
I don't think Angie would play Poison Ivy though ..

And in a movie where the villains are as popular (if not more) as the hero, they don't need to replace Christian Bale as Batman because he held his own with Heath .. And come on, it's The Year of the Bale!

Next week we'll get new a episode, correct?

I take it you're looking forward to seeing Bale in his two new movies this year (Terminator Salvation, Public Enemies).

I'm looking forward to Public Enemies more because it looks original and it has a director that I admire (Michael Mann).

I'm a bit of a movie expert despite not being into the popular norm of show business. Mainly action, science fiction, and comedy.

I don't think DC Comics would try Poison Ivy after Batman & Robin.

I could see Harley Quinn though. She originated from The Animated Series in the 1990's and gained a fan following.
