Yeahh I agree with you, Demi tries to keep her relationships hidden shes even said that, so I doubt there's anything going on.
Probably two friends jus casually flirting...

Edit : The guy in the pictures with Demi and JB at their Texas premier is a guy caled Leo, not sure if people knew.... he's one of her best friends from Texas along with a guy called Tucker; I'm friends with him on myspace... And he was going round Demi's last night to hang with her and her friends
