Yay, thanks, bb!

And I see he's kept up with buzzing his hair. Me likes.

Indeed. I guess the story about his barber back home is true. He only lets one special dude touch his hair.

Pics from the telethon last night:

It's the same beanie he wore at the charity event some months back.

Beyonce looks like she's wearing a MJ military style jacket there, lol.

Maybe it's his lucky charity hat.

Who knows what Beyonce wears ever.

I've noticed that black tights seem to be IN now. Who decided that 80's fashion was awesome?

This made me LOL. I think the 80s should never be revisited, but people never learn.

Love the title of this thread, btw.

Welcome! Crystal will add you when she comes around.

Dude, 80s = no. The last time I wore tights was when I was 6 and I'm going to keep it that way.

You're added, Scarlett!

Dude, really. I would never be caught dead in tights again.

Thanks for adding me Crystal.

I know I wrote this in the intro thread, but I think Chris is a bloody genius. His lyrics have captured my soul. Cliche, but true.

Truly. And I know he talks about his lyrics are mostly sht, but I completely disagree. I like not really knowing what he's trying to say in a song and that I get to decided what it's about. Sure you've got your love songs but things like White Shadows, Talk, Glasss of Water...there's no concrete meaning behind it. It's really refreshing.

Agreed. It's left to be interpreted. And you forgot the most ambiguous song they've ever written... Spies. We still don't know what it's about.

Well, no one will ever criticize Chris more than he does himself, but I don't agree with his opinion on his lyrics. Like you guys, I like the fact that sometimes I don't have a clue wtf he's talking about, but it's all good. The imagery that he conjures up is so, so good. I love the fact that he sings about different things and opens people eyes to things outside their personal experience.

Oh, Spies, I have no idea what that's about. I'm thinking a metaphor for something, but I dunno.

I agree. Though I tend to think Chris has a fascination with death and space.
