I think that could be the reason for Ricky saying what he was saying in the promo.

Ethan wants advice and Ricky's gonna go pick him up and they'll probably start talking. Ricky probably will ask Ethan 'what if the father comes back and wants to be involved' and stuff like that. I bet Ethan/Ricky's conversation about him/Kathy will turn into Ricky bringing up him/Amy and Ben and how if he had to do it all over again, he wouldn't have let Ben take his spot in Amy's life when she was pregnant with John.

I can definitely see that happening. Ricky wants Ethan to know what could come of the situation that he is getting himself into. Pretty much another parallel in the storyline of the entire show.

Ethan was asking way to many questions to those adoptive parents. Kathy already figured out what she wanted.

Ethan was being quite annoying during th interview but you could tell he cares and just wants her to keep the baby imo.

He does have a soft side, I agree with that. Plus I like how Kathy told him that the parents are perfect and how she gets annoyed sometimes but wants the best parents for her baby.

I agree. I'm really starting to like these two. I love how he watches out for her.
