Apt, indeed, Tracey. Funnily enough even though Vancouver is a lot milder than us we get more sun. You can tell it's royally cold out when the sky is blue.

That is strange...

Ever time I listen to the Olympics today, keep hearing Vancouver's name, kept thinking yes I want to go back there!

Tracey, I don't blame you. It is such a lovely city. If you ever get back that way you should take a few days and visit Alberta. The Rockies are just breathtaking.

I'm not sure if you headed to Vancouver Island but it's also stunning there. My mother and I were reminiscing about Buschart Gardens yesterday and it's been 18 years since we went! Now that's staying power.

I always vote for staying home and watching tv :lol:

It's all good, twice I've gone to Victoria and managed to spend one day in Vancouver in all that time.

I was visiting my sister so she showed us more of Vancouver Island because it was her home.
