It's a really crappy job, I get paid too little, I work harder than almost everyone there, and I don't get recognition. The effing glorified babysitters* get over twice my pay and more hours.

*I'm sure they do more, but it's one of those situations where you're sure the ones with the hardest jobs get the shaft.
