Okay, so on the Main JJ Board page you will see a green button on the right hand side close to the top.

You click that and create your title. The rest is pretty much the same as a regular Post, but I suggest you use the "go Advanced" when doing an OP because it gives you the fonts and sizes, etc.

Give it a try.
