On my pic it blends in very well with the area where it is and is the same colour as the background not the colour shown in the heart pic. Maybe I am just seeing what I want to see but I think it is on his

I think the chest and the whole body area is a dummy - only the head is real. It shows what great actors Josh and Anna are for making what must have been a rather odd situation seem so real.

which makes me think it's none of those.
