| I just realized even though Pacey is a naughty student, he has a thing for smart women, lol. I mean all his love interests have had a certain similarity that being their intellect...Tamara, Andie, Joey, even his random inbetween hook ups where distinguished like that reporter in season 6. | I wonder if that is why he and Audrey never worked out?  Not to say that she was not smart. But her character's intelligence is never played up and she had no true interesting in academic pursuits like the others seemed to. Maybe it was that she never challenged him? Or that he just grew up and looked for something different in a woman. And that's also because he was a very special guy, he could be funny and thoughtful at the same time, protective and vulnerable, lazy but brilliant, he could be labeled as a bad boy because he slept with his teacher at 15 or he spit on another teacher's face, but he definitely had the kindest, biggest heart of the show.
