That was so well said. I'm still laughing over the limp fish sticks comment.

lol They were just rank trash compared to P/J. Who wants to go back to that?

I am on the season premiere of season 6. The show really lacks something without PJ. I can't even bring myself to do a season 5 re-watch. I did not think Pacey's season 5 storylines were good.

I hated the way they broke up in season 4.

^^^It was the worst and completely OOC for Pacey. They did it that way to make Dawson look better since they were about to THROW them back together at the end of the season RME.

I hate how they tried to mirror anti-prom to make Pacey look ridiculous in promicide. Even if Pacey had slapped Dawson upside the head after his OOC tirade, I would still not abandon the PJ ship.
The writers lost their minds if they thought that they can just write Pacey to be acting like a fool and the audience will root for DJ. All it did was create an episode a string of episodes that I just write off as fanon from the showrunners, save a few scenes from Separation Anxiety. I hated how they wrote Pacey in Promicide but even that wouldn't make P/Jers abandon the ship cause that was nothing compared to what an ahole Dawson was at the end of S3 and in general. At least Pacey apologized for his blow up and Pacey/Joey had a better post breakup storyline in Separation Anxiety.

I truly think that the post-break up moments were the best I've seen as break ups go. The pain felt so real and your heart really went out to Pacey, he just seemed so broken you wanted to just hug him and I think Joey felt that way too.

I agree. Even though it hurt, I loved how realistic their post breakup scenes were in SA. It's better to just ignore the bs that is Promicide and refer to Separation Anxiety instead.

It is a terrible episode. The one good thing is that Pacey did not give Dawson any satisfaction as to him being the reason for their break up. It was about Pacey's insecurities with himself, which is better explained in SA. I also pretend Coda did not happen as well. These are two very bad episodes in season 4.
I also strongly dislike Love Bites in season 6, but thankfully since KH did not have good chemistry with OH, it looked like Joey had buyers remorse after she picked Eddie over Pacey. Basically I dislike any episode where Pacey ends up feeling less than or inadequate. Pacey always has to be #1. At least he is always #1 in the viewers hearts. I hate those episodes too. I usually forget about Coda, but I hate that episode too cause Joey acts like she didn't just break up with the love of her life and acts like Dawson leaving for college is so life or death for her. Then that forced kiss at the end *gags* Hate Love Bites obviously cause she dumps Pacey and breaks his heart all for some cardboard cutout that left her ass high and dry. I hate Joey in that episode, especially just stepping on Pacey's heart the way she did. I heard Eddie left Joey AGAIN after all that. I don't remember that, but it's what she deserves after dropping Pacey the way she did.

I don't care for any episodes that Pacey isn't in. I wasn't a huge fan of Love Bites either, but I did enjoy the bit of drama between Joey and Eddie because it really makes you realize how incompatible they were and it was the only episode that Josh Directed, so I have to like for that reason alone.

Damn, I don't remember JJ directing it either lol. I thought the only episode he directed was the Loveline episode. I always heard people hated that episode, but I liked it. I thought it was hilarious, plus I liked Loveline on MTV (Ahhh 90's MTV was the best) I just hate that Pacey isn't in that episode, it would of been the perfect Pacey episode!
