There is no doubt that Pacey and Joey fought, but their fights were based on love, not the immature issues that other relationships had and they always talked through it with respect.

I often felt Joey and Dawson had way more fights and they always seemed like they were attacking each other.

I also said that Dawson and Joey had WAY MORE fights than P/J or hell, anyone. Their fights were the vicious ones and they were EAGER to draw blood to hurt the other. Pacey and Joey NEVER did that.

I think Pacey and Joey fought no more than any other couple on the show. Their fights weren't even that big to me with the exception of prom

I agree, Promicide was their only bad fight.

That is true, their arguments were based on their love for one another and were never mean spirited with that one exception.

I'm watching "The Longest Day" and I always find it interesting when Andie is talking to Joey at the Library about running into Pacey and how you know you're not over them when you bump into them and flood gates open and the very next scene is Joey bumping into Dawson and she clearly did not want to be talking to him, she couldn't get away fast enough. No flood gates there for sure.

I just watched this episode and my heart melts every time I see this scene.
