She brought up about him not paying attention in Science class which went back to Double Date which was related to Castaways. It's like a reverse Double Date. Even in the beginning when she says he's so cute when he's delusional goes back to "you're a deluded man." In Double Date, she is snarky about seeing him with no clothes. In Castaways, she's like her dream involved them having no clothes on. In Double Date, Joey says home Jeeves and in Castaways, she says home. In Double Date, she won't even let him kiss her. IN Castaways, she initiates the kiss

There were definitely a lot of parallels between those two episodes and other episodes as well.

agree. Like in the beginning of the series finale, the characters on Dawson's tv show allude to Dawson asking Joey if her and Pacey were just friends in Four to Tango

I like the part when Joey looks all sad and says "we're not together was there." Most places don't have it. It's one of my favorite parts. I like the last pic when's like "Are you mad I said anything?" and she genuinely says no

I think she was secretly in lust with Pacey in season 1. I am not saying she had feelings for him, but she was subconsciously attracted to him. Earlier in the episode, she said Pacey had bigger biceps than Dawson

I almost forgot this part when she's talking to Jen. She could have brought up Cliff or someone else

Joey: Is he the guy you're hottest for? I mean, when you look at Dawson do you want to just jump his bones? Or is it that you like his personality the best but in terms of lust you'd rather boink somebody else like Pacey.

I definitely think Joey noticed Pacey in S1. There were signs that she paid attention to what he looked like. I even think there was something behind her saying he grabbed her ass, I know that was pilot and we are supposed to believe they hate each other, but something in there just seemed like she didn't really mind.

I caught a few minutes of DC this morning. It's the episode when Andie leaves. I don't think Joey did anything that bad asking Dawson for the peer rec than Pacey since her an Dawson were closer longer than her and Pacey. Gretchen was trying to talk her into asking Dawson

True, and I don't think Pacey begrudged Joey for asking him either, he just felt bad that he wasn't the one to know her best. But like Joey said, Dawson knows her past, he is her future. She knew then that Dawson was not "the one".
