| I love that scene. How Pacey thanks both Jen and Grams for providing them all with the dinner, him specifically because of the mayhem that would ensue at his own family dinner. And I thought it was sweet that he was holding her hand when he said it and that she was watching him adoringly while he said it. It was a nice contrast to the sexual side that they were exploring. That episode itself showed all the sides of them, the friendship and the love along with the sexual chemistry. It was an amazing preamble to what could have been an amazing relationship between them. Had they ever been given the chance, and the time they would have made a great couple. Beautifully put, Beth Thinking about Pacey and Jen falling in love instead of Pacey and Joey makes me hate the writers to no end, but maybe they DID and live happily together...in an alternate universe  Sorry, I was thinking about Fringe, I totally spoiled myself this morning, couldn't help The PJen cheering team over here would make PJen proud | |||

| Aw, Nadia. Don't hate that it was Joey instead of Jen. You can totally hate the writers, though. I encourage it. But seriously, even though they weren't together, I think that Joey and Pacey was a great catalyst for Jen to show how well she knew Pacey and what a good friend she was to him. She supported him and gave him the confidence he needed to face his feelings for Joey head on. | There friendship was easy like that.  They were comfortable with each other from day one. I mean, the second episode in S1, they shared a "movie" kiss and weren't all anxious about it.
