Sorry I Haven't been around over the past few days but I have been ill and just didn't have the energy to do very much. I got through yesterday and managed to make dinner and even eat a bit but I'm still not too good so will miss out on an outing to see my son's partner's folks, and a nice meal. Will go to the doctors as soon as I can after the holidays.

I've had company staying with over the Holidays, she arrived on December 14th and is here til January 7th, so it's been a bit challenging to get much posting done. And put Christmas in the mix and I've been pretty busy.

Feeling better now. Went to the docs and she said it may be diverticular disease and I just have to monitor it and report any future episodes. I was so afraid of appendicitis so am relieved it's not that.

It's something that you can develop as you get older to do with the large intestine. I won't dwell on the details, but it's not really anything to worry about at the moment. I think it was probably just an infection. I'm well now .

Unfortunately the fruit cake got a little overdone so is not up to my usual standard, but it is quite edible if not delicious. Half an hour less cooking next year.

I love to know it too. I think eventually we'll start to hear more about their relationship.

I remember Josh and Diane being together for quite awhile before we even starting to hear them talking about each other in interviews etc

All the decorations will have to come down tomorrow, not just the cards that were helped along by Buddy.

We changed some furniture around today. The Dining room is now the movie room and the Dining area is in what was the Living room; however, there is still a huge amount of room where the dining area is, so not sure how we are going to fill that space.
