I gave the cat a different kind of cat food yesterday and this morning and unfortunately it made him ill. Back to skinless boneless cod fillets, and his kibble.

Poor Buddy, spoiled little kitty.

Unfortunately Bengals have very sensitive stomachs so cannot digest a lot of cat foods. I thought I would give him a change to have something in the cupboard which was readily available instead of having to cook fresh every day, but it just didn't work. After his anaesthetic (to get his teeth cleaned) the vets supplied a few pouches of a different kind of food which suited him and he enjoyed, but it is not readily available in the supermarket and is very expensive. Luckily he seems okay now so no trip to the vet for tummy trouble.

Sometimes that expensive pet food is all they can eat, but if you are able to cook for cheaper than that's good too.

The stuff I tried him with was a good well known brand (Sheba) for fussy cats but it just didn't suit him. He's been all right since going back on the cod-fish and kibble. My son's friend has 2 rescue cats and I will see if she wants the 'Sheba' and the other stuff I bought a while ago that he doesn't like.

I saw some pics of Diane and Norman at the Critics Choice Awards. Funny how she seems less glamourous now.

Well I always thought she was All Fur Coat And No Knickers!

I was reading an article about Uma Thurman on-line yesterday and wasn't surprised at all to learn that she was bullied by Quentin Tarantino into doing a dangerous stunt which resulted in her being quite badly injured. It happened after she had had an 'encounter' with Harvey Weinstein who was the producer of a lot of her most high profile films. I think there is a lot wrong with movie world and Hollywood in particular and if actors have to put themselves at great risk just to make a movie look authentic, or in Uma Thurman's case to save money, is it really worth it? I go to the cinema for fun not to see people putting themselves at risk because the director wants it. If the stars want it too fair enough, but not if they are bullied into it.

Let's hope things will change from now on, but I think this one man will be made a scapegoat and the rest will just carry on as before. Another thing if you are white rich and powerful you go into rehab and if you are poor and from an ethnic minority you go to jail for the same crime.

He may be the scapegoat, but I think this whole thing has been an eye opener for both women and men alike. For the women, it's a case of standing up for themselves and not letting this happen and for the men, it's a well lesson learned that they will no longer get away with such behaviour.

I hope things will change but am very sceptical. Actors have always been exploited in Hollywood from little children as far back as Shirley Temple to the young actresses of now who are urged to comply with 'requests' from the film makers. Agents, producers and directors have all played a part in making the performers do things they are uncomfortable with. It just shows the 'Casting Couch' is alive and well but hopefully with all this bad behaviour coming to the fore, something will finally change.

It wasn't a Josh pic, I was using this Thread to Test something that I was posting on a different Thread.

Hope you get your pic posting sorted soon.

I've been out 2 nights in a row so haven't had much time for posting anything. Been watching season 4 of Elementary with John Noble in it. He is such a good actor at character parts he is like a different person than when he played Walter. We saw a bit of that as Walternate but his Elementary character is miles away from Walter, it's like watching a different person. I really miss Walter. :(
