Computer is on a desk in the bedroom. Buddy won't leave it alone so I had to move it upstairs - he's already broken my printer!

I'm no good with a laptop - my hubby's drives me crazy as nothing is in the place I expect it to be, and I like a proper mouse. I'm up here now getting 5 minutes peace to post on the board.

Being a typist, it took me a long time to get used to my laptop, but now that I'm used to it, I have to admit that it's so convenient as I can go on it regardless of where I am in the house.

I suppose it's what you get used to. I quite like getting away upstairs to do my posting - not so many distractions.

I take my laptop downstairs with me in the morning when I'm getting read for work and then in the evening I take the laptop upstairs and go on it while watching TV.

We're going away on Monday next week for a couple of days so my posting will be restricted to my phone - if I can get a signal in Grasmere! It is our 30th wedding anniversary on Tuesday so we have decided to go away for a couple of days to a nice hotel to celebrate. The hotel is in a great area for walking and has a pool and spa so should keep us both happy.

Thanks for the good wishes. I also have a lot of family and friends birthdays over the next week and spent over £20 on cards and stamps!

My niece's birthday was today (22) and my nieces and my kids all went to B&B for the weekend to celebrate.

My nieces each took their significant others and my youngest niece's girlfriend proposed to her. That happened yesterday, so not on her actual birthday.

My son now has his own wheels again so he can drive to work now and also he can come and stay while we are away. I hope Buddy looks after his big brother!

My daughter wants to buy a car.

Just another thing to worry about. We had to buy David's car (feels a bit like groundhog day :😂) I'm sure your daughter is very sensible so no worries there.
Guess what? It's snowing! We are here in the Lake District and the weather is a bit like winter. :😂

I hope the snow if over for us. We've been having some really nice temperatures, so let's hope it stays that way.
