Just finished our dinner so going into the lounge for a quiet evening. Don't sail til 2.00 in the morning but can't be bothered to go ashore. Busy day tomorrow so we will take it easy tonight.

We had an evening sail through Budapest last night which was very romantic. They played classical music to set the mood. We are currently in the lounge awaiting disembarkation. Not looking forward to the flights. We change at Munich which is a nightmare. Hoping be home at about 4.30pm.

We had a very fraught journey to the airport and were stuck in a jam most of the way. An half hour journey took about an hour and a half due to traffic volume leaving Budapest, and road works at the airport. We made it in time but the flight was delayed so had to be fast-tracked at Munich airport by an official taking us behind the scenes to cut out a lot of corridors, and brought us to passport control and the departure gate from staff only areas. The other passengers must have wondered who we were when we suddenly appeared at the airport bus to take us to the plane.

Will post some pics when I get the camera down-loaded to the computer.

No it didn't, I was worried about missing our connection, but all was well in the end.

Buddy was pleased to see us and is spending the days very close either scratching and biting me or rubbing up and purring. He even jumped into the bath while I was trying to shower. He soon disappeared when the water splashed him.

It's very difficult doing any posting at the moment as he is my constant shadow and keeps interfering with the computer.

Awwww he missed his mommy.

I will be leaving him at the end of the month to go to look after my mother while my sister has a holiday so he will have to get used to his daddy doing everything for him. I can't take him with me as my mother is a bit unstable now so might trip over him or let him out or even forget that he belongs to us and shoo him away. Also like a lot of elderly people, she has loads of ornaments and likes vases of flowers, which would get chewed or knocked over.
