The class I go to was organised by the NHS for people with potential health issues so is full of very unco-ordinated mostly women and follows Paul Lam's direction of sun Tai Chi. We all have a really good laugh as well as learning a great skill which certainly helps with co-ordination and body core issues. Recently I played ten pin bowling on a family outing and found my skills had greatly improved, which I put down to my practice of Tai Chi.
