I tried to watch One Week on YouTube on my tv but it kept sticking so I gave up. It's a pity as I would love to see it on a larger screen than my 18 inch tv and the computer screen which I think is 14 inch. It plays perfectly on my computer so maybe a new tv is in order.

I could just imagine a covo I would have to have with my Hubby - Had to buy this new huge high tec TV darl

:lmao: Well the tv is working but sometimes it has off days and jumps from tivo to freeview or ps to freeview usually while we are watching something important or my son is trying to play a game. It usually does this when the remotes need new batteries but sometimes it just does it for no reason and we have to re-set it. It wouldn't be worth getting it fixed now as the price of tvs has gone down so much the repair would probably cost as much as a new tv. I don't want anything fancy just something that will play YouTube without sticking, so I can watch the beautiful scenery on One Week - as well as Josh of course!

I liked that he posted a pic of himself even if it was because of the bike.

I bet he had a lot of fun making that movie. Getting to ride the bike, ride a horse and see all the beautiful sights. I have a feeling that the breaching Whale was not there at the same time as Josh was in the water on his surf board, so he possibly didn't see Grumps after all. :lol:

Just watched One Week on the computer while cooking dinner. I still get choked up when I see his parents and sister at the end trying to be brave when he finally comes home.

That is a heart breaking scene.

I love the scene when his bike breaks down and he yells at it, and throws his phone away. I call that his Basil Fawlty moment, but really I and countless others would probably do the same thing.

That was quite a scene, I found it both heartbreaking and funny at the same time.

The more times I see One Week the more comedy I see in it. For a film about a cancer sufferer it was really more of a black comedy than a tragedy.

I can see that and the more I watch it, the more I enjoy it too.
