I don't think this proves the five year contract story. There's a million reasons why they could have decided this was the time to go public.

I still don't think they're a couple despite the media spin these are the same media outlets that claimed Suri was a fake baby years ago.

And had no clue about her divorce plans until after the fact.

If they really wanted to keep their relationship a secret we wouldn't hear about it to begin with. Imagine all the stuff about these people we don't know.

Plus neither have publically stated as such.

If true then I do think Katie has terrible taste in men.

Plus I can't believe anyone is dumb enough to think there's a 5 year clause that she can't date publically its not legally enforceable to do that.

If she wanted to keep her private life a secret its because she has a child to consider and in Hollywood if you really wanted to keep your life private you can.

I think this is mutually beneficial PR on both their parts I'll start to believe it when Jamie doesn't deny it this time around.
