Apart from the tatty T-shirt he does look great in this pic. He needs a bit of conditioner on the top part of his hair, as it is looking very dry.

The dryness is likely due to the colouring he had done.

As I said in another thread, I wonder if he had some sort of hairpiece on top of his own hair (which was dyed to match) and that is why it is in poor condition. He really needs a deep condition to give it it's shine back.
