I felt the same but as the posts ran well over the limit I thought we may be in trouble with the rules of

if we didn't have a new thread. If you have any better ideas we can always change the title.

I'm still speculating why he didn't want to return for the final season, even for a couple episodes.

I remember when he was on Fringe he always said it was important to him to complete a story for his character and show.

There are rumours that Josh and Ruth had creative differences with Sarah Treem, so who knows.

I don't blame them for any differences they may have had. Both of them were underused in the last couple of seasons.

Agreed. Especially since Ruth had won a Golden Globe for the show. I think they were so underused especially in Season 3 (the season of Noah), that may have played a part in their decision. I remember Josh made an Instagram post after filming Season 3 saying "farewell" to his Cole character, everyone freaked out, and he edited his post.
