Sometimes half the fun is in the building and designing of a home. Maybe they got to enjoy that part at least or maybe they did it as an investment. I bet they made a couple Million on the deal.

They should be on homes under the hammer!! Just joking but I think that they both wanted this as their forever home (or as forever as a celebrity couple ever is) but something happened to make them realise they didn't want the same things. Maybe things were already shaky and they thought this might bring them together but - it didn't. We'll never know what the real reason was that they split and really it's their business not mine so I will shut up about it.

DK is old news now that the house has sold. I look forward to seeing/hearing new Josh info.

I think Josh will be seen with a lot of women over the next few months as he probably won't want to rush into a new serious relationship.

Well I think the only events he will attend are for the projects he is currently involved with. Maybe when it is near the showing of The Affair he and the rest of the cast will be more visible.
