Perhaps when Diane is out and about without make-up in her 'street clothes' as opposed to dressed in her finery at events she does not like people looking at her as she doesn't feel at her best. A lot of women don't like to be photographed without their 'face on.' We all know that Josh on the other hand, doesn't really mind what he looks like.

Josh seems to be on the Weinstein's radar because he's been to a few of their events etc (I think Weinstein was involved in Inglorious Basterds), so I keep hoping that they'll cast him in one of their big projects. I mean, I know they're really huge in the industry and could have anyone in their films and tv projects but Josh doesn't seem to get leading men roles.

I think I'd like him to diversify and do something a little more edgy or conversely something more mainstream like a superhero film or detective show or something quirky. I started watching the tv version of Limitless recently (based on the Bradley Cooper film) and as hot as the leading man was, my first thought was "Josh could have done this role"!

Or maybe he prefers to just do smaller or low key roles? I know one of the reasons he liked The Affair was due to it's short filming schedule. Perhaps he likes his off-time as much as his work time?

EDIT - just to weigh in on the Diane photo debate, I think she probably just steps aside and lets them have their moment with him. If they're quite obviously just interested in him, then maybe she just doesn't want to intrude. Although I imagine she probably gets a bit pissed off with women fangirling all over him too! Personally, I'd quite like to get a photo with her too because I actually was a fan of hers from her modelling days, before I even knew who Josh was. If I'm ever lucky enough to see them (some chance!), then maybe I need to be clever and approach her first. But, I think I'd find it hard not to just grab Josh!
