I think it's a question of stuffing too many people in one car -- they have Jason Wu and Jason's partner and maybe others, and it looks like they're coming home after the boat party. Diane looks sober to me!

Not sure about the timeframe of the pics, but we've seen Diane rosy cheeked and drunk, this isn't it.

Just saw the preview for the ET Canada spot. They're going to talk about the premiere, but then they also flashed up one of those Josh/Diane jamming into the car pics and said "but what is going on here"?

I hope they're interviewing Josh and they ask him.

Update: it was video of red carpet, short talk with Josh about the show, the typical question about how does he keep his relationship with Diane going. Very brief talk. He looked amazing, very excited.

Re: the car pic, no question to Josh about it, all the host said was "I guess they were carpooling".
