Sounds like it's only two weeks, even if it doesn't start until November. There is still time for filming the Affair. And it sounds like a fantastic cause.

Reading the link, they don't start the actual race until the beginning of November. They don't say how long they will be travelling for, though. They are travelling with 40 vehicles, so it's costly.

This sounds like a wonderful thing to do. Hopefully they will post pics, because that part of India looks amazing.

It is a great and important cause. I was surprised by how many vehicles they are taking. Originally I thought what a great thing to do with your friend. Low key etc. I'm not so sure now. Forty vehicles is not low key. Unless they are making something much more than a race with a few friends.

When you are trying to raise money and bring awareness to a cause, you probably don't really want low key. Wouldn't that kind of defeat the purpose?

They will need different vehicles for different terrain, and in case of break downs or accidents. The roads in India are pretty basic and the drivers don't really stick to their side of the road. A very dangerous place to be driving altogether, but most Indians are very friendly and will be very welcoming.
