Well that's good news, let's hope we can get to see this play eventually.

Sandy, glad to hear you enjoyed Josh's play - great to hear a little bit about it from a regular person and not just from critics (who are often way too harsh!). Sounds like it's getting good reviews anyway, so not to worry on that score.

Shame you didn't wait backstage to see him but at least you got to view him in person for 2 hours. I kind of think the stage persona is the best bit anyway. When I saw his play in London, I'd been to the stage door the night before and I thought he was cute but I wasn't swooning...but the day after when I'd seen him on stage it was totally different - the aura and stage presence he projects makes him more attractive. (not to say he wasn't lovely in real life, just that he was a little more low key and normal).

Anyway one thing ticked off your bucket list there?!

Yes, but now I'm pulling for the show to go to Broadway so I can get a picture with him.

Yeah, that would be great.

I love what she says about Josh in her Instagram Post.

I'll fix the size shortly.

I know we've seen this pic before, but the other versions always had text on them and I don't think we actually knew Josh was sitting on the floor, at least I thought he was sitting in a chair.

- CHILDREN OF A LESSER GOD

Mark Medoff's Tony Award-winning 1980 drama about the relationship between a speech therapist at a school for the deaf and a proud, spirited deaf woman who insists on living her life on her own term, is given a lyrical, thoughtful, passionate production in the directorial hands of Kenny Leon. Lauren Ridloff makes a memorable acting debut as the woman, Sarah Norman, and Joshua Jackson delivers a brilliantly modulated, nuanced performance as the teacher, James Leeds (6/28). Through July 22. Evenings — Monday through Thursday at 7; Friday and Saturday at 8. Matinees — Wednesday and Saturday at 2. ASL signed performances — July 12 at 2 p.m.; July 21 at 8 p.m. OpenCaption seating available at all performances. (2 hours 33 minutes)

Berkshire Theatre Group, Fitzpatrick Main Stage, 83 E. Main St., Stockbridge. Tickets: $65. 413-997-4444; berkshiretheatregroup.org

I think that shot is from the second act when they're married and he's listening to music.

Took a trip to the Berkshires to see #childrenofalessergod. @VancityJax & entire cast were brilliant. The play deserves to be on Broadway.

This is a excerpt from one of the Articles about the Play. Saw it on Twitter and had to post. The person is of course a Josh fan.

This review of Joshua Jackson's performance though. YOU GO, @VancityJax

And here's that other pic in a smaller format.

I'd love to see him flex it.

So getting away from the shallowness ......

Here's another Review of the Play. http://wamc.org/post/herbert-wolff-r...ren-lesser-god

An Excerpt.

Quote:
James, the new teacher, works first to confront, and then to try to disregard, Sarah’s handicap…but cannot help himself from pressing her toward the traditional hearing and speaking world. This is an exceedingly difficult role: the actor is on stage for almost the entire show, communicating in two different modes – speech and sign language – and also interpreting Sarah’s signing to the audience. The challenge is expertly and consistently met by Joshua Jackson
